2025-11-25To say I’m obsessed with this place is an understatement. Elegant Nails is so professional, efficient, and caring. They really take their time to make sure you’re happy. I’ve been coming here now for over 3 years, and I honestly won’t go anywhere else. Lee does the most amazing nail art and Tony also does amazing work. They pay close attention to detail to make sure you are completely satisfied. They truly take pride in the work they do. Couldn’t recommend them enough. 🩷

2025-12-16Saturday was our first time coming to Elegant Nails. The service was okay but to charge extra for buffing nails is insane. Also I got gel polish and my polish is already halfway off one of my nails. Like I said previously the service was good until customers started to come in then it was a rush on my nails and when I asked her to fix it she stated that it was my skin and her tone wasn’t the best like the lady that did my husband’s mani/pedi. After all of the add on fees we paid $230 for some mediocre service. To business owner(s) each rating is different from your customers so try to change your response a little to cater to each experience. Your response should have been something along the lines of how can we make it better the next or when you are back in the area stop by to let us right the wrong.

2025-09-26I came here while vacationing in Orlando in hopes of getting a last minute manicure. I was met with friendly, high-experienced staff, clean and calm environment, and was welcomed and serviced immediately. I am so happy with my gel manicure, and will be back during my next stay in Orlando. If you are staying in the Disney area and are looking for a professional and reasonably priced mani/pedi, I higly recommend stopping by this nail salon!

2025-09-27James (I think that was his name. He was young and handsome 😊) did my gel mani and pedi 11 days ago and my manicure and pedicures are still perfect!!! I’ve never had a gel mani/pedi last this long. (You can see my nail growth in the photo as proof it’s been a while). Unfortunately I do not live in Orlando, but when I come back to town, I will definitely be seeing James! He was so sweet and gentle and obviously did an awesome job! 💜💜💜
