ZNails Lounge

First time at ZNails. We were a party of 3 as it was for my daughter's birthday. The salon is very clean and the staff are very nice and professional. They were able to fit us all in very fast. Kim did my daughters and did an amazing job and gave her exactly what she wanted. We will be going back again.

I really wanted to support a local business, but my experience at Znail Lounge was disappointing and honestly upsetting. As a Black woman, I couldn't shake the feeling that I wasn't welcome there. The energy was cold from the moment I walked in—no warm greeting, no eye contact, just a vibe that made me feel out of place. On top of that, the service was rushed and careless. My nails looked botched—uneven shapes, sloppy polish, and rough edges that should’ve been smoothed out. It felt like they just wanted to get me in and out as fast as possible, without any real attention to quality or care. I went back to have them redone, but my nails were still poorly done. There was paint left on my skin, and the acrylic was applied horribly. I rarely leave reviews, but I think it’s important to speak up when you feel like you're being treated differently. I won’t be going back, I highly recommend that the nail tech/manager to return to cosmetology school.

I had a nice experience today at ZNails, yes this nail salon open on Sunday! It is open floor space, plus it's clean and sparkly inside. The people are friendly and there are several stations for pedicures and manicures. Many colors to chose from too!

Kim did an amazing job and I cannot thank her enough for doing my nails today. They were so busy but Kim was attentive, funny, and made me feel very much like I wanted. I haven’t been to a nail salon to treat myself in a while and she made me feel so lovely. Thank you so very much.

I have been coming here for over a year now since moving to the area, and always leave feeling beautiful and pampered. I get builder gel and pedicures regularly. I also have had waxing done. Staff is always friendly and eager to satisfy. My daughter always goes with me and loves their creative nail work.
