I was greeted so warmly by her and her daughter (also had a lovely phone conversation with her daughter when I booked my appt). Vivian is a true professional and has clearly been in the business a long time. She explained every step of the process and why she was doing it. She took the time to help me decide on the best shape of my nails based on their length. She was also so kind and took the time to get to know me and was so incredibly gracious. She did a phenomenal job and I will surely return! I’ve been looking for a beautiful and clean nail salon with this kind of attention to customer satisfaction for a long time so I was thrilled to finally find Vivian at Viva!
