2025-12-12Very comfortable salon and nice staff… On our next visit to Salon 21. ✨ Holiday Service Recommendation I bought the best manicure and pedicure package from Kim for my wife. Kim did an incredible job, even painting a beautiful, realistic snowflake on my wife’s thumbs! I highly recommend hiring Kim for your upcoming Christmas and New Year’s party services! She is fantastic.

2025-10-28I’ve been coming to this salon for four years and always had amazing service — I even left a 5-star review before. Unfortunately, this time was completely different. They’ve changed a lot of the staff and the quality went downhill. I went for a Halloween nail design and paid $80 for some “new” nail tips that fell off right after washing my hands. After spending almost two hours there, I ended up asking them to remove everything — and they still charged me full price. They offered to redo them the next day, but even then, the result was disappointing. If you can’t do a design, please just say so! After years of being a loyal client, I’m really disappointed and won’t be coming back. I’m also leaving here what I had written two years ago when I was still happy with their service — I had to delete that review because Google doesn’t allow posting more than one. I’ll also be adding a photo of what they did to my nails the next day, which I didn’t like either.

2025-08-08Such good service!!! I made an appointment the night before and they were able to take me in. The salon is very clean and pretty. My nail tech did my nails so quickly and so well. Andy was my nail tech and he did such a beautiful job. Definitely recommend!
