If I could post 0 stars I would. I had such a horrible experience at this establishment that now I don’t trust any salon to do my nails. The moment I saw no refunds I knew I was in for a treat. Everyone was so rude and were annoyed after any request I would give. As a customer I have the right to ask for what I want especially after paying for something. I asked the tech to remove the French because she painted all my fingers and she left holes on top, under, and on the edge of the nails. I had to ask her to file them down because they were even thicker and she said that it wasn’t her fault that it was the other technicians fault yet she did her job poorly as well. I don’t have a problem with people talking in their native tongue around me but when they bring body language into it that’s when I have an issue. I can understand a point and laugh even if what comes after is sounds I don’t understand. I left this place so distraught and my point in this review is so others don’t go through what I’ve been through. I’ll also be posting pictures too so u can see what disaster took place. The first is what I wanted and the second was what I got.

I scheduled a 6:30 PM appointment for both myself and my daughter—an hour before closing—and honestly, I wish they had just told us they couldn’t accommodate us rather than rushing through the service. The experience felt more like a $50 job than the $150 we paid. During my pedicure, I wasn’t even asked what type I wanted—the technician just went ahead with whatever she chose, and the polish was sloppy and already chipping by the next day. When it came to my manicure, I asked for a simple design but was told it was "too much" and that I could only have one solid color. The technician seemed rushed, cut my nails shorter than I wanted, didn’t listen to any of my preferences, and just did what was quickest for her. I was really unhappy with the final result. As for my daughter, she ended up redoing her nails at home. I also didn’t appreciate them making a fuss about her adding tips—it made the experience unnecessarily stressful for her. It’s disappointing to be treated like an inconvenience after being told we could be seen, especially when we’re paying full price. Rushing through a service and ignoring what the customer wants is not acceptable.

The owner and staff are friendly except Kathy. She refused to listen to me and when I told her my nails were too long she put AirPods in and acted like I was not speaking to her. I asked for oval nails and she did my nails in any shape she wanted. It was so bad that the owner had to fix them after seating for 4 hours in a chair. My nails still looked like a child did them. They are unevenly shaped and the nails have visible dents on them. I have multiple cuts on my hand and days later it seems like it is getting infected.

What an amazing experience. Made the appointment online for the next day and was immediately seated. Bi did my gel French tip acrylic full set and I am beyond satisfied. He took his time thru the grades for a smooth even finish. Price was super duper reasonable and they have a frequent visitor coupon. Already thinking about my next set to get here. Clean environment.

I would not recommend getting a gel pedicure from here. I saw a bad review about a customers gel polish coming off the next day prior to stopping in, but I still gave them a chance anyways due to convenience since I was in the area. The woman who helped me finished my pedicure and as she was filing the sides of my toes, I noticed the polish lift. She sprayed it with a substance and started rubbing/pushing it down so it wasn’t noticeable. Thankfully I was paying attention. I told her it was lifting and asked her to redo that toe, which she did. Not even a week later, 3 of my toes gel polish had completely come off. An absolute waste of money. Don’t even bother and don’t be like me. Take heed to the reviews please. I’m editing this to add. I paid extra to receive exfoliation, a massage and the hot towel. I did not receive a massage. Lotion was rubbed into my legs and that was all. Complete disappointment.
