I just moved to Gainesville and I was nervous on where to go for my nails. We all know finding a new nail tech can be nerve wrecking, but Kyle helped me and he is AMAZING. Very talented and kind, he knows exactly what he’s doing. He won’t disappoint (: he also does designs! But this time I got French with chrome (:

I love Be! She always gets me right! I’ve been coming for a while now and I prefer coming here. Prices are decent and the designs are always flattering and unique, especially when you come with ideas!😊 Also…if you’ve ever been taught anything, always tip for the services (💵)

Extremely disappointed. He ripped my one of my hangnails off with his FINGERS instead of the proper tools. He also was aggressive with the cuticle clipping leading to blood on four different fingers. One nail bed pooled blood so badly (it was mixing with the polish) I had to ask for him to wipe it off with alcohol. The entire nail bed was pooled/spilling blood and he did not disinfect it until asked. The photos of the bloody nails are after 15-20 minute (so less bloody but still raw/painful). I cancelled my pedicure because it was so bad. I winced multiple times but that did not stop how aggressive it was. Not only was it painful, but the coat and color inconsistent. I got 678 DND Red Louboutin which ended up being pink on most of the fingers due to using only two coats that did not cure for the full time duration required. This led to some nails (like the swatch tested pinkie) to be the proper red while the others were a pink color. It wasn’t worth asking him to fix because I was already in so much pain. It was painful, a health hazard and my nails look bad. Edit: I still have rips and cuts on my nails that are reopening/bleeding tonight hours later. I have had my nails done for years elsewhere and have never bled before.

B is the best!! Kind, attentive, and extremely detailed- these are my dream nails, she did a perfect job. great customer service as well , if you want your nails done come here Also- Lani was at the front desk she was very kind as well and very helpful.

I went in for an acrylic refill and I didn't get the design I wanted and had to find another design on the spot since my nail technician couldn't do it. I had given her several attempts to fix the nail art, but I just decided to pick a different one. After a long time, I was left very disappointed with no discount or chance to redo the nails like another salon I went to previously. I specifically went to this salon since I saw that other reviews had similar nail designs. The nails are nice, but completely different for what I came in for.
