What a fabulous experience and result! My SIL goes here all the time. I’m in town visiting and she asked me if I want some “Detroit Lions” nails for the playoffs this weekend. Nicole is truly an artist, hand painting every finger, including the lion. She is a true artist and I gave her freedom to do what she does. I love the result! Nicole is professional and runs a great business. Every person let’s with a smile

This place is absolutely filthy. Pedicure was horrible. Only put oil on my legs. No hot towels. No massage. Literally just changed polish. Should be shut down . Trash can lids dirty, chairs need to be replaced especially pedicure chairs & Employees chairs. I left and went to another salon and had my pedicure redone.

First of all, this place is always dirty. The tables are literally covered in dust and it is a sensory nightmare. I understand that the dust is the nature of the nail business, but never have I gone into a nail salon that doesn't at least TRY to clear off tables between clients. Second of all, appointments are in no way honored or prioritized. Be prepared to wait for whatever service you have booked, as walk-ins will ALWAYS be welcomed and everyone will be serviced on a first-come first-served basis. Literally, if you book an appointment they will sometimes hang up on you after taking your name, before you have a chance to tell them what you want. How can they possibly budget their time if they don't even know what service they're booking? Pedicures are not horrible but they're definitely nothing to write home about, either. Manicures, on the other hand, are quite literally horrendous and get worse as the years go on. Don't plan on your cuticles being even looked at (which, in my experience, this is a standard practice in a nail service). DO plan on having product pooled around your fingernails afterward. Some nails have globs on the undersides, and some aren't even painted on the tips at all. I would say it doesn't make sense, but it does. They want to rush you in and out as quickly as possible and don't care what the final product looks like. I've given many, many chances over the years, and sometimes have been somewhat pleased, but not a single time have I felt my service was done with care or to completion. The biggest shame of it all is you can tell that the nail techs are 100% capable of doing great work, but it's a game of quantity over quality in there. I understand the seasonality of our town and the need to bring in revenue before things slow down, and I'm not one to leave reviews or complain, but this after this past service, I'm disappointed beyond belief, definitely will not be back, and will hopefully deter even at least a few from wasting their time and money.

I was on vacation and needed to get my nails filled. This place was amazing, my nails are beautiful!! I adore them!! The staff are all so very nice! Beautiful inside! I can't recommend them enough!!!

Ive been going to venus for 5 years now or so! I figured i write a very overdue review! Everyone at venus is so nice. Nicole does the best designs. She can take my inspo pic or idea and brings it to life everytime! Ill be back everytime
