I have been visiting the salon to get my nails done for the past two years and yesterday will be my last visit. I feel like the salon became popular and the salon is not handing it very well. The last few times I’ve gone this service has been very rushed. Yesterday, I didn’t get the scrub on my legs during my pedicure and I did not get a massage. On my nails, the sides of my nails have no paint on them—she also seemed very upset I didn't want gel. But this is why I really won’t be returning— the woman that did my nails (she’s skinny and she wore a button up blue and white striped shirt yesterday) was I don’t know how else to say it but abusive/violent?? she did both my pedicure and my manicure. I came around 10:30 with my daughter whom also got a manicure and pedicure, but not with her. When she did my feet, she would violently push, pull, and twist my feet and legs. When she did my manicure, she was even worse. She was so violent with my wrist and hands. At times she would snatch my arm and yank it and push it towards me as if to say move your arm I’m done. She never even gave me the chance to move my hands or arms for her. I was not on my phone. I was not distracted. I sat there and watched her do my nails. Usually, nail technicians simply let go as if to signal “I’m done” as to switch hands or they’ll tap your foot/leg if they want you to put your foot in or out of the water, she did not do that. She would physically grab my limbs and snatch them. As she was painting my last hand, I was literally fighting back tears because I felt so abused. I don’t know how else to say it. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service. The can’t help but think about the kids in there all the time and wonder does she also do this to children and what if they’re too scared to say something. I’m still contemplating if I want to share my concerns with state governing boards over a nail salons yes that’s how bad this experience was if the salon has cameras, please go and watch. If she would have serviced my daughter like this I would have called the police and pressed charges. Yes, it was that bad.

Things have really gone downhill. They overbook and treat customers poorly. Prices keep inching up. This used to be my favorite salon but lately I have been so disappointed. This week I called for an appointment and when I arrived at my scheduled time I had to wait over a half an hour for my pedicure and then 45 minutes for my manicure. When I complained about the wait before my manicure the tech deliberately filed the tips of my fingers and caused them to bleed! They're still sore after three days. He didn't even work on my cuticles, very sloppy job. Just skip this place, there are so many nail salons in the area that you can do better.

Everyone is professional and friendly. My nail technician, Tina, is friendly and great. She understands my issues and requests, and does a great job. Thank you so much.

I love coming here! They take great pride in their work! Didn't wait long and had probably the best pedicure I have ever had!! My nails and toes are gorgeous! I've been coming here for the last few months and have never been disappointed!! Everyone is so friendly and does a great job! I will always come here for my nails!
