The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and Brandi herself was absolutely lovely. I loved my experience at mint and needle with Laura! Everyone there was so kind, answered all my questions and really wanted to give me the results I was looking for. When I found Mint & Needle three years ago, I was plagued with rosacea. I had attempted treatments with other providers that only resulted in damage and worsening of the condition. During our initial consultation, Brandi examined my skin, took notes of my concerns, and planned a roadmap of how we could move forward in treating the previously untreatable rosacea. I, of course, wanted to do all of things immediately! Brandi kindly but firmly let me know that she valued my health over a quick fix and promptly saved me from myself. I had been using La Mer for eons. I immediately went all in on the Mint & Needle sensitive skin morning and night routine products. Within two weeks, the blazing red in my cheeks began to subside. Once we had the rosacea managed, the melasma that was a result of years of inflammation became more noticeable. Enter BBL/Moxi treatments! When I say that I have super sensitive skin, I mean I have super, super sensitive skin. It’s me, hi. I’m the person who gets hives and welts from dermaplaning. The BBL/Moxi laser treatments have been life (face) altering for me. One laser treats the redness and the other treats the brown pigments. I’ve noticed a remarkable change not only in redness and melasma, but also in skin texture and lessening of fine lines. I’m hooked! It does have some downtime for me, but I don’t think that is usual. (It’s just my super sensitive skin being super sensitive.) Seriously, I’ve done microneedling (love it!), other laser treatments (not as effective), and every potion under the sun (waste of money and all made it worse because, you guessed it—super sensitive skin). I wholeheartedly recommend Mint & Needle for allllll of the things! Brandi is a magician. The staff is welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable. The office is pristine. And if you’re thinking about BBL/Moxi, I can tell you from my personal experience, it’s a game changer.
