2025-10-27I have been a client at Lotus Nails for several years and my experience there has been wonderful. My nail Technician - Ivy - is fabulous - she is a true professional who knows her craft - and understands her customers in a way that provides for the best level of service. I started with Lotus under a very nice set of owners - and then the salon was purchased by a new owner. Under the new regime the salon has improved and evolved into an even better environment and service provider. Key for me - the salon is CLEAN, ORGANIZED and a PLEASURE to be in. The entire staff is wonderful - and I know and talk with many of the nail techs - who also know me by name. This is a salon with a professional and yet warm atmosphere who strive to provide the best experiences and results for their clients. As a patron who returns every two weeks for service - I have also had the opportunity to speak with other clients - and have yet to encounter anyone who is not happy with their results. This is a great salon which delivers great results.

2025-10-26Literally the worst mani/pedi I have ever had from here. Got black French tips and they are all different no clean edges. Paid extra for callus regional on my feet and didn’t do that. Paid $150 for a bunch of bullshit

2025-10-25I’ve gotten Cateye gel color the last two times I’ve come. My husband absolutely loves it. For him to notice and comment, they must really be pretty. And they last! I hate to pay what I pay for my nails and they not last.

2025-10-29I rarely write reviews, but this time I HAD to because Nikki always does SUCH an amazing job on my nails! Whatever nail design I have in mind, always turns out 200% better than I imagined. Very efficient and I always feel welcomed whenever I go see her. Not only that but she's the sweetest person I've ever met! Needless to say, I will be scheduling ALL my appointments with Nikki from now on. Thank you, Nikki!!!
