Pink Nail & Spa Laurel

I visited Pink Nail & Spa in Laurel on November 5th getting my nails done by someone named Tammy. She was very kind, patient, and understanding, especially since I was in a rush for work. She took her time to make sure I loved the final look, and I truly did at the moment. Over the next week, a few of my nails started lifting. Since I usually get 3–4 weeks out of my sets and this one cost $95 ($114 with tip), I went back to the shop on 11/16 to ask about it. I spoke with Channa, who called the manager, Aaron, since he wasn’t there that day. After explaining the situation, he asked me to come in the next morning, 11/17, at 10 AM. When I arrived, Aaron was very welcoming. He redid my nails to absolute perfection. I also appreciated seeing him guide and teach the technician who originally worked on me, it felt like a great learning moment for her, and I respected that. Mistakes happen, and the way they handled it showed true professionalism. I wasn’t charged for the redo, which I appreciated, even though I would have been completely fine with a discounted fill. Aaron made sure all my concerns were addressed and that I left loving my nails. I even decided to stay and get my toes done afterward. Overall, I’m very happy with how everything was resolved. I’ll definitely be returning to see Aaron for my future nail appointments!

This was my first time ever getting my nails done at Pink Nail & Spa. I have to give it a 10/10. My nail tech was Raisa, and oh my gosh she is the best! I think I have found my permanent nail girl :) She was so pleasant and fun to talk to during my visit. Her attention to detail was amazing and I was so grateful because a builder gel fill is not easy. So many techs out there rush through their work and don't care about the end result, but not Raisa. She truly was so detail-oriented and made sure that each nail looked it's best. I am very picky when it comes to my nails and the color and she just had the most patience with me and knocked it out of the park. I love my nails and can't wait to go back. Thank you Raisa, you exceeded my expectations!!

I always have an exceptional experience at Pink Nails! Mai is the best, but the whole team is great. If you’re looking for a salon with kind staff and good work this is where to come!

My technician was Lily and she was so sweet and did my nails PERFECTLY (to my reference) I definitely recommend asking her to do your nails if you get them done. They also offer beverages! I had a great experience here and everyone was so friendly. I loved it. Definitely coming back.

My pedicure came out nice. A different nail tech was assigned my builder gel manicure but completely botched it and ruined my natural nails. I ended up paying for my feet and left. I won’t be able to get my nails done for a while now thanks to their amateur nail tech. Although they recently mopped the floor, I saw a roach.
