2024-07-24Unhappy with my experience today. I had fake nails removed and pointed out that one of the nails was pulling from my real nail. Tech used the drill and ripped the two apart. This is the second time this has happened here. It hurts and looks terrible. No apology, no acknowledgment. Very disappointed.

2018-10-03Absolutely impressed. The young guy did my nails and was very attentive to what I asked for and making sure I liked them. I am a huge nail critique. I hate when you leave with irregular shaped nails or they don't sand them properly and u can see the mess under the nails. None of this was the case. They turned out gorgeous. I will absolutely go back. Everyone was very pleasant. I am very happy with finding this place. P.S. it has been 3 full weeks since I posted this (the day I got them done) and I have yet to get them filled! Today I finally had one start to lift up, so I'll need to go in and get them done again but still happy with them after 3 weeks!!

2018-06-30The first time I came to Valley Nails they were still new and just opened. Their customer service was good just as their service. I recently went yesterday and I was totally disappointed. I waited 1.5 hours. They took someone before me even though I was back in the chair and waiting. The nail technicians effort was below my expectations after going there and having a great experience. There was other customers complaining as well. They lost several customers yesterday including myself.

2022-11-02Just awful. Asked for straight long and square. She put on pointed nails and attempted coffin shape. Every nail is a different and wrong shape. And different length. Oh, and they charged 60$ I'm embarrassed to show my nails.
