I had such a wonderful experience with my nail technician! Tina. She did an amazing job on my chrome heart charms nails – they came out perfect and exactly how I wanted. From the moment I walked in, she gave me such a sweet and warm welcome that made me feel comfortable right away. Her service was excellent, and the massage she gave was so relaxing with such a cool technique. I’m really happy with the whole experience and can’t wait to come back again! Thank you Tina

I’ve raved about this place to so many people. I came in today for a basic manicure and a basic pedicure. The guy doing my fingernails seemed very aggravated once I said that I wasn’t getting gel polish today. He was very quick on my nails, and made it very obvious that I was getting on his nerves as he was clicking his tongue at me. He also pulled my hands aggressively after I put them side by side to see how my nails looked. I wish I would’ve just bought my own nail polish and done it myself. They also made me pay for the service first and I have never had to do that. It made me wonder if they were afraid that I was not going to pay for their services. I did not and will not ask for a refund as I know how priceless someone’s time is. I do hope that in the future, they give better care to their clients. My sister got her nails done with me and they did not turn out very good either as there are a lot of inconsistencies.

Lily is amazing! She made sure my nails were done exactly how I wanted, paying attention to the little details and shaping. She was kind, fun and could tell she truly cares. Would definitely recommend!

I came in for a gel manicure today and saw Le. This is hands down the best manicure I’ve ever received. So clean and the shape is perfect. This was my first time here and I will 100% be coming back. He was so precise and really took his time. 10/10 I’m so glad I came in today for my service, I will be continuing to book with him from here on out.

Arrived about 20 minutes before appt time so me and my daughter could find the right polish colors. We were immediately rushed after checking in so i panicked and settled on 2 colors rather than the 5 i wanted. My tech was aggressive(jabbed me with his sharp fingernails to peel my skin off the glued nails) and didn't say a word(to me) the whole time which made me uncomfortable. The top of my nails are so uneven and only one corner of each nail was rounded while the other side was left pointy/square. My daughters nail tech was great and her nail polish/design was gorgeous but the acrylic wasn't applied low enough so there was a gap making it look like she had her nails done weeks ago not right then. Unfortunately it was homecoming day and there was no time to say anything to have it fixed. Just got what we got. Don't plan on returning.
