Polished Nails & Spa

I visited this place as a walk in for acrylic refill. There was a bit of a wait (about an hour wait for me, I didn't made appointment so I understood). it means they have good business. But they were super nice about how I waited for some time. My artist was Pinky, (I saw her name on her tool box, so I'm not sure it's her actual name.) She did a great job with shaping my nail, and the cat nail turned out so pretty! And that 3D paw print was done by other older lady, (sorry, I forgot to ask her name 🥲) but she did a perfect job with it, and I love everything about it. My cuticles are pretty messed up from my hobby, but they tried to make it look better than before. Definitely going back.

Pinky was my nail technician… what a great experience! She was kind, professional and lovely. She pays attention to detail. Was able to discern exactly what I wanted and how I wanted my nails done. Could not have had a better experience. I will be back.

I have been coming to polished nails for over 2 years.Lynn was my tech. Last month, when I called to make an appointment, I was told Lynn isn't here anymore.And really she was the only one I was comfortable with. I did come in to get a pedicure in and my nails done. I was very happy with this nail salon but now , I don't know what I plan to do since lynn is gone.

LOVE the ladies here. It took me a while to find a new salon in DE and I’ll never go elsewhere now that I found Polished. Amy did this set and is an incredible artist along with the rest of the staff - Anna, Lynn, etc.

Went to Polished for the first time today and scheduled with Anna. I brought a picture of the design I wanted and she absolutely NAILED IT! She took her time and did the design exactly like the picture. As soon as we finished I booked with her for my 2 week follow up. She is so talented and kind as well as everyone else who works there. I would absolutely recommend Polished Nails and Spa to anyone looking for an amazing nail tech and complex designs.
