TLz Nail Spa

I didn’t realize how bad my nails looked until I walked out. I paid $56 plus a $10 tip for a simple almond-shaped solid color, but the top coat is uneven and bumpy, with tiny yellow particles stuck on it. The edges are rough and not smooth at all. Even from social distance, you can see the bubbles on the surface. The nail tech was friendly and mentioned she had ten years of experience, but honestly, I’ve never had my nails turn out this bad in all the years I’ve been getting them done. Really disappointing experience — I won’t be coming back. edit on 3rd Nov: I got it done on 28th Oct from around 1030 to 1200. The name I left is Lyla. And I paid 56 plus 10 dollars cash. I literally cried for 20 mins in the Christiana mall after it’s done. It just ruined my day. And my husband decided to give you a call on Friday after he saw your respond but the manager wasn’t there I guess. He left a phone number but so far we haven’t gotten any callbacks yet.

I got my nails done here last Wednesday and within a day or two the nail was splitting off and separating from the tip on multiple nails. Yesterday the thumb just completely broke and I had to try and cut and file it down to avoid the jagged edge. I really loved the design and the shape and it is a shame that it broke off and I’m hoping that the other ones won’t but I can definitely see it separating at the free edge. It also was never capped so I feel like the $100 I spent is a waste unless I pay over again to get them redone/fixed. Update: Within a week and more than half have broken off. Waste of time and money. When I called the person who answered said that it would be priced per finger. 😂 Like I literally paid $100 and 4 have broken within a week but you’re trying to charge me for it ? I get if it’s 3 weeks out but under a week is obviously a problem on your end.

I’ve been a long time customer of TLZ and refuse to go anywhere else due to the environment and employees! Every employee I’ve ever had has been very professional and done an amazing job. The last two times I have been in, I’ve had the absolute pleasure of having Kim do my nails. The first time, she recommended that we do builder gel instead of GelX, and I told her that was okay. She really knew what she was talking about with it; my nails lasted longer than acrylics ever did! She has also nailed both designs I’ve asked for and has always made sure her work looked clean. If you’re looking for a new nail salon, this is definitely your place to go! For the photos, the first and third are the reference photos I showed her, and the second and fourth are the magic she performed!

I LOVE THIS NAIL BAR I TRAVEL FROM NORTH PHILLY FOR A REASON! Eric was my tech & I want him servicing me everytime. The staff is nice, FUNNY & genuine people. I WILL BE BACK! Thanks TLZ.

My husband and I normally only go to TLZ for our pedicures. The last time I got a gel pedicure not even an hour later I had to return to get the polish fixed. It bubbled up! Today we went and the pedicure wasn’t too bad but I decided to get my nails done too due to it being my birthday next week. A full set with gel French. Not only were my nails cut too short, the guy was so rough I’m bleeding on 4 fingers. The one thumb is smudged with white across the pink part. White polish on my fingers and they are sharp. I just spent almost 200 and never again!!!
