My daughter and I chanced upon this cute salon. I believe in serendipity because it was absolutely such an unexpected positive experience. I booked a duck nail acrylic set as a congratulatory gift for my daughter, who got all A’s and was inducted in the National Honor Society. She wanted duck nails and she got them! Very nice, clean and friendly atmosphere. Welcoming and the prices are provided prior to your appointment so no unexpected fees/upcharge! Love their candy, wine/beverage options. Nails are still going strong after 2 weeks!

I recently found this nail salon through Google and decided to try it out for my very first manicure—and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and relaxing. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Michell, and she truly exceeded my expectations. She was incredibly gentle, took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and explained the process to me since it was my first time. My nails turned out even better than I imagined—clean, polished, and professionally done. Michell clearly takes pride in her work and pays close attention to detail. I left feeling pampered and confident. I’ll definitely be coming back for future visits. Highly recommend this salon, especially Michell, if you’re looking for a great first-time experience or just top-notch service overall!

This place is just okay so far. I will try again and that's mainly for the person that is in the picture.I did not mean to capture her, but hey! Her personality was definitely welcoming. She started with my nails, but did not end. I don't really care for how my nails turned out.Even myfriends pointed it out before I even said anything. The acrylic does not look like it is at the cuticle, and the polish is a bit messy and the nails are a bit lumpy, but I will try again because of this girl sitting in this position.(l will update again soon. )

I’ve been a consistent client of Mrs.Louis for a little over a year. I love patronizing this Black woman owned business! Under her care my nails have truly flourished. When I first arrived my nails were brittle and broken and wouldn’t grow. I started with acrylic nails and was able to move to hard gel after about 4 months. Mrs. Louis cares not just about the design on your nails but the health and retention of them as well. I’ve also received other services (pedicures, eyebrow wax) that were exceptional! I have tried other techs in the salon as well and have always been pleased with the service. The shop is clean and welcoming. Snacks, water, and coffee are provided. The salon can get busy so I recommend using the website (Booksy) to schedule an appointment as times are honored and respected. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I’ve been going to this salon for a little over 6 months now and every time I am impressed. The staff are some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet, the look and vibe of the salon is always inviting, and of course the nails are too true for their price. I always get shorter nails and found it hard at other salons to get the shape and size I wanted (they were always too long or chunky), but that has never been a problem at Mrs. Louise. My sets are usually around $60-under $80 (not including tip). They’re exited to give their services even when they’re exhausted or if it means keeping the store open pass closing time, but every time the work speaks for itself. I don’t know how I’m going to even attempt to find another salon that is as good as this. 10s across the board
