This place is amazing they always match the picture I bring in or does them better! All of the nail technicians are super friendly and make sure you get what you want.

I went to this nail salon to get my acrylics removed, and it turned into a painful, horrible experience. The nail tech clearly didn’t know what she was doing. Even though my nails were soaking in acetone, she was rough and overfiled them to the point that she stripped off layers of my natural nails. My nails were left red, and extremely sore. It’s been over a week, and they’re still painful. I have red streaks on some of them, and I’ve had to use antibacterial ointment daily just to try to prevent infection. It’s honestly scary how damaged they are. If you don’t know what you’re doing, don’t do it—especially on someone’s real nails. This wasn’t just bad work, it was reckless and harmful. I’m planning to report this to the Board of Cosmetology because this level of negligence is unacceptable. I’ve had my acrylic nails removed many times at different salons and this has never happened. This is the first time in my life I’ve experienced anything like this. If you care about the health of your nails, stay far away from this place. Ps: These pictures were taken over a week after the appointment—just imagine how bad my nails looked right after the appointment. I still waited and gave it a week, hoping my nails would heal, but unfortunately, nothing improved. So here I am sharing my experience to warn others.

My first visit wasn't the best, but I went back because many friends go there. I went back and I got Jocelyn. She was attentive and did a great job on my pedicures and I went back for a full set for an upcoming photo shoot. Again, she was attentive and did a great job and is very pleasant!

Damaris is not only incredible at what she does, she’s sweet and funny too! I had so much fun getting my nails done by her. Her attention to detail is impeccable. She took her time on my nails and they came out stunning! I’ve tried a few places around Winchester and I have finally found exactly what I was looking for! Love this place!

The experience was great. Jenne was my nail tech and did exactly what I wanted for my birthday nails. The price of overall service was expected, and in par with the soakoff and design.
