Ballerina Nails and Spa

Edited to add: Went back to let them “fix it.” Specifically asked that acetone not be used on the now open wound on my hand; just for them to proceed to use it 4 times on the one finger that was cut the worst. They did issue a refund for the $25 nail art that did not get completed because I was fed up and in pain and told them to just paint them red so I could leave. But no other compensation was offered. Had previously gone to this nail salon A NUMBER of times and after this single experience I WILL NOT BE BACK AND RECOMMEND THAT YOU SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY and go somewhere else. Went in with an inspiration picture and asked if it could be done. My tech assured me it could. My nails look nothing like the picture AND she cut up the entire edge of my pinky nail. I asked for a refund. Which was denied. They offered to “fix” it which I don’t have time to sit in a nail salon for another hour+ to do and I don’t want to further risk infection to the now cut finger. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I absolutely loved my experience here! The salon is clean and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Lily did my nails, and she was so sweet and nice. My nails look so good and she did an amazing job! I've been searching for a place that can do great designs, and they absolutely delivered. Check this place out!

Jason who does my acrylic sets and Lilly who does my spa pedicures are both AMAZING. I am very picky and neither have ever disappointed. They are both always on time, listen to what I want, and take their time providing the service I am there for. They always exceed my expectations and for that I am grateful. I don’t always post reviews but how could I not brag when they kick arse!

I’ve gone here several times and I’ve never been disappointed. Sabrina and Amy were great!! Sabrina let me paint the Van Gogh design on my left set of nails, and she copied it effortlessly on my right hand! It was so much fun. Amy did my set with intricate black barbed wire. Anna did the Crayola crayon nails.

My nail technician was Lily. It was my first time here and I wanted a nude pastel nail with small orange and pink accents/airbrushed on top. I also wanted a chrome French tip on top of it but I think she misunderstood what I wanted, but when I showed her the photos she said she got it. I didn’t want it matte, but by the time I realized it was already too late. There are a few bubbles, there’s also hair stuck on one of them. On top of that, there are too many coats, so instead of my nails looking sleek they look lumpy. The price ended up coming to $100 which is way too much in my opinion, especially since my cousin came here and got different designs on every nail and was charged $125. My nails are the shortest I could get them and hers were much longer. I don’t think it’s a bad nail salon, but I definitely had a bad experience. I even recommended the salon to my cousin before coming myself because I saw that Jason did good nails. Unfortunately I didn’t get the same experience. I ended up going home and filing the color off and painting it a basic color, I’m not happy with them.
