I received a haircut from Dani Tedesco, and unfortunately it was the worst cut I’ve ever had. I provided a reference photo of my previous haircut, which I loved, and requested curtain bangs, which I always get at other salons. When she began working on the curtain bangs, she seemed unsure of what to do. I even explained how my previous stylist usually cut them, hoping it would help. Instead, she took a random chunk of hair near my ear and cut it diagonally, telling me she typically starts in the front but would “do it the way I asked,” which was not what I asked for. She continued cutting the face-framing pieces and then blow-dried my hair. I disliked the styling, but I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and hoped it was just the blowout. Once I got home, though, I realized she had left completely uneven chunks of hair and called it a curtain bang. The next day, I called the salon, and they agreed to bring me back in for a fix. I truly thought there was no way they would assign me to the same stylist who botched my hair, but they did. As she attempted to fix it, she pointed out the uneven pieces and said, “See this?” as if that wasn’t exactly why I had returned. I have never seen a professional let someone walk out with a cut this bad. Even the manager said nothing while I repeatedly expressed that the cut wasn’t what I wanted, and I still left with uneven hair. I do not recommend getting a haircut here.

I have ridged nails that break easily so I got acrylic nails to help support them. My previous applications haven’t been as perfect as I would like. I saw Justine today and my nails are absolute perfection. She is an artist!

We had the best experience with Vanessa! My daughter had been wanting a specific haircut for a while, and after trying several other stylists who just couldn’t quite get it right, we finally found Vanessa—and she nailed it! She took her time, really listened, and made sure every detail was exactly what my daughter wanted. On top of that, she was the absolute sweetest and made my teen feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the whole appointment. My daughter walked out grinning from ear to ear and LOVES her hair. We couldn’t be happier! Highly, highly recommend Vanessa!

Bianca is amazing. She really listens to understand what I'm looking for and never cuts too much; she prefers to go back in and take more if needed. Truly 5-star service and the rest of the staff is just as wonderful. Very clean beautiful salon. I highly recommend.
