I have been going to this salon for about 6 months. Every single time I have left with nails that I love. It is super clean and they are always professional. There are always enough people there that I do not have to wait even if I don't have an appointment. They are very reasonably priced for the quality. I especially like that they offer hard sculpting gel as an alternative to acrylic nails. The pedicures are also excellently done. It is very clean and the premium options are, again, a great price for the quality. There is never any question of cleanliness with pedicures and everyone is more than accommodating.

This nail salon is amazing! The space is super clean and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and professional. What makes them stand out is the incredible hand-painted nail art—they pay attention to every little detail. I’ve tried many places before, but this is by far the best nail salon in town. Highly recommend if you’re looking for unique, long-lasting nails!

Joy always does an amazing job on my nails! I get gel x and she is quick, efficient, and pays attention to detail to give you exactly what you ask for, i’ve never been happier with how my nails end up looking every time.

Absolutely amazing service!!! I went a week ago to get a dip powder set and some chipped and broke off. But, I called and said that I needed my nail to be fixed. I went in today they redid my nails for free. Grace is so sweet and makes you feel welcomed. The staff there are super nice. Thank you!

I have been going here for quite awhile and have overlooked the fact that the techs struggle with designs. I have requested simpler things because I know they don’t have the skill level to do advanced designs. However, today was the end of it. I had Ellie as a tech (usually I have Rachel) so I asked for a simple french manicure to make her life easier. She had an attitude when she filed the side of my nail too much making it slanted. She muttered in her language under her breath and said something to the other techs who then had to come look at my nails. She fixed it by adding more filler and refiling it. Then she asked if I wanted chrome and when I said no, again she ranted in her language and I could see by her body language she was not happy with my response. When all was said and done I left the salon after paying $60.00 with white nail polish all over a few of my fingers and a very sloppy uneven french manicure. This is totally unprofessional and if you want a better quality service I would highly suggest you go elsewhere. THEIR RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW: Oh it’s not sloppy. It’s not their fault. It’s my fault because my fingers touched under the light. Tell me how is it physically possible for MY fingers that are laid out flat under the light to get UNDER my other nail and leave a rounder shaped nail polish dob of paint? Not possible. And let’s put this into perspective. Ellie finished the paint job, applied the topcoat, put the cuticle oil on, lotioned my hands, and wiped them with a towel. She did ALL of that and never saw the white on my hands?!? Yes. The reason is because she was rushing and was not paying attention which is why it was sloppy in the first place. Also, defending their subpar job by saying that I am too picky?!? Really… the fact of the matter is that when Im coming exactly two weeks for a fill and being charged over $100.00 (plus tip) for the design I want… yes I expect quality work. I was not demanding when I was literally having to teach Rachel how to do the leopard print because she had no idea how to do it. Not because I am picky. Did I ask for two layers of white on my french… yes… because it chips off too easily. That is not asking too much and it certainly doesnt warrant the attitude I received for asking. The gel fill this time was inconsistent, uneven, jagged on the sides, swooping in where you can see it clearly. I suppose THAT is my fault also. Rachel never has inconsistent gel sculpting. They really need to place the blame where it belongs and just acknowledge the fact that Ellie messed up. Nobody is perfect but to blame your patrons for your lack of professionalism and attention to detail speaks for itself.
