10000/10 Experience! Charm Nail completely exceeded my expectations! Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and professional. The woman who did my nails went above and beyond. she literally outdid the Pinterest photo I showed her. When I accidentally messed them up under the light, she was super understanding. She also noticed I was cold and closed the doors to make me more comfortable. Three of the staff helped me pick the perfect color and gems, and even when the gems spilled everywhere, they handled it with such professionalism. I left so happy and impressed—definitely coming back!

i asked for gelX with #7 and #12 gel polish ombre in an almond shape. I love these as they're perfect for a wedding I'm attending. I would definitely go back. It was helpful that I had a reference photo. Although not similar, I still found it to be beautiful! The price was $80 which is pricey, but the quality and effort was superb so it was without a doubt worth it

0/5 stars I have been a loyal customer at Charm Nail Salon for the past two years, visiting every month without fail. However, my recent visit was so horrendous that I will never set foot in this place again. I got my nails done a couple of days ago and within just a few days, they started chipping and peeling. This was particularly concerning as my nails have always turned out great and lasted long in the past. I returned to the salon to see what could be done, especially since my wedding was coming up on Saturday and I needed my nails to be perfect. To my shock, the male nail technician I spoke to immediately got defensive and raised his voice so other customers could hear. He blamed me for the chipping nails, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I had gotten French tip dip nails, which are more expensive than a regular dip manicure, so I expected better service/results. When I told him that I didn't appreciate his tone, he continued to speak down to me and used unkind words. After about 10 minutes of him yelling, he finally fixed my nails, but the entire experience was extremely embarrassing and strange. I have never been treated so poorly at any salon, let alone one I have been a regular at for years. I will never go back to Charm Nail Salon and would not recommend it to anyone. Edit: DAY OF THE WEDDING, three days after I get the dip manicure REDONE. The nails break again. Ridiculous.

I’ve been coming to Charm Nails since November. They always do a beautiful job on my nails. The photo of the gray nails is after 4 weeks! Life got in the way, but not a single chip or any problems. They are always so nice and have no issues with appointments. They are always able to get me in same day. I love them!

I’ve been wanting to find a nail place that is consistent in service, and clean. I signed up for their $1 VIP membership to get 5% cash back on each bill. Been here 3 times now, and had the chance to try multiple mail technicians. Each time I left with great nails and service, whether it’s pedicure and manicure. I tried gel $30, and dipping powder $45, which they recommended and that’s my go to now. For pedicure, they have massage chairs and there’s a menu to choose which service you want, basic starts at $30 for pedicure. I kind of like how the included massage for manicure and pedicure is a timer of 3 minutes so it has some consistency even if you have different nail technician. Definitely call for appointment to avoid waiting for long because it can be unpredictable how busy it can get sometimes, who knew weekdays can be busy too. I can see why people like this place. friendly owners. The place is also very clean, aesthetically simple and relatively more modern ones I’ve been to. Easy to find parking.
