The salon is great. I had an appointment with Loretta for a special occasion and to get my make up done. It was my first time being her client and she was wonderful. Helped walk me through a hairstyle, was very patient when I couldn’t accurately describe what I wanted, and did a great job. My make up was also flawless. I was stressed about the event I had to go to and she helped to put me at ease.

Rebecca our stylist was phenomenal. My daughter came for hair and make up. She embraced my daughter who was going to her 8 th grade dance. She didn’t rush and in fact gave my daughter time to take a very important phone call. The reception staff where I waited were friendly and kind. My daughter although her first time with this stylist felt comfortable. She treated my daughter like family.

The difference in Dawn’s Pizzaz is the feeling you get when you walk in the door. The vibe of family, love and excited to see you is in every aspect of the salon. The results in hair and skin are visible. It’s the love, appreciation and loyalty that are invisible and truly sets them apart. Blessed to be a client but more importantly a part of the family.

I was very impressed with Rose, who spent a lot of time with me explaining different procedures and options for anti-aging. The prices are competitive and the salon is clean and comfortable. Today was my second visit for a procedure and it was pleasant and fairly quick. Very nice experience overall.

Very relaxing atmosphere, staff very polite and accommodating. Missy, Senior Stylist, gave me a cut, style and color. I showed her a photo and it came out beautifully!! She combined colors for me and hit exactly where I wanted the warm tones. The style makes me feel like a new woman. She is a lovely person and really listened to me, explaining how she would create what I was trying to convey to her and her competence was reflected in the final results. I've had several compliments already! Missy will be my go-to stylist from now on! Carly did an eyebrow waxing that had me falling asleep. She told me she uses a hot wax instead of the usual strip waxing. There was absolutely no pain, which is a first for me as I have sensitive skin. She explains every part of the procedure and is very good at it. I was most impressed with these ladies and highly recommend them and DPZ North !! Thank you, Missy and Carly. See you next time.
