Lux Nails Chester

The only thing good about my service was the finger nail outcome. Toni was my nail tech, seemed sweet but didn’t allow me to clean my nails(when asked and I stated 2x), he didn’t clean my nails or cuticles(language barrier he acted as if he had gender me from being more persistent). At the end of my finger nails being done he drilled the inside of the new nails causing my real nails to be Brooke and irregularly hanging from nails (I thought he was drilling excess gel). They didn’t have a foot scraper nor pomade stone, and again he didn’t cut the cuticle for nails on my toes (I said 4 x , loudly I said “I don’t want a scrubbing I want scraping of the dead skin , he finally admitted they don’t even have a scraper or pomade stone) . I received a gift certificate for Mother’s Day which was the reason for my visit. Do not go here if you want the full service you paid for. My total with tip no design was $195! Yes he left the peeling skin from the nail drilling around my name. I know he is one of the owners which is why he may have be lazy with the work. Never ever again, my sister and mother goes here’s. I asked why would they send me and they thought I would get something basic which seems to be this ships level of service! Basic but not fulfilling! I know they don’t respond to or care about bad reviews so this will posted in all Facebook groups and Twitter for wide spread awareness!

Been going here for a few months and I absolutely love them. Jason or Tony usually does my nails. They are fast, my shape is always on point and I leave satisfied each time. They are able to accommodate same day and late appointments, which is a plus for me with my busy schedule. So glad I started going to Lux Nails!

Tony is great. I enjoy my visits at Luxe Nails. Everyone has always been very kind. Ive been going here for over a year now.

Truly the worst French tip I’ve ever had in my life. The tech kept taking it off and restarting and when I expressed that I was not happy with how it turned it I was told that it was because my nail was shaped funny. My nail shape was not the reason it turned out looking a mess. I will not return to do business with them.

I had a blast watching the process. Truly enjoyed the experience. The hearts and lines actually change as I move my fingers and toes. Lots of fun! Love Neon and Allison!
