2025-09-06Made appointment for hair cut. When I got there was asked if I could be helped, said I had an appointment and was told to have a seat. 15 minutes later was told she was ready. The woman put the apron on me and I pulled up pictures of what I was looking for. Med length hair with long layers and face framing. I repeatedly told her( not sure what her name was because she never introduced herself) that I did not want shoulder length hair. My hair was down past the middle of my back. Told her i wanted long layers with an overall length of 3-4 inches past my shoulders. Told he r in have wavy hair so when it dries it shortens.... 10 minutes later I had a shoulder length bob. She attempted to give me long curtain bangs by which she tried to razor cut with her sizzors while she ripped the hair out of my head. She was extremely violent with her comb and sizzors. I walked out of the salon with a shoulder length bad cut, no face framing, no layers and a headache! Not to mention bad bangs!!!! Is this place a school cutting salon???? All I wanted was a low cost very common cut that everyone can do, it is
