I’m sorry I don’t usually add reviews on places, and I know every nail salon is different so maybe I just haven’t been to enough in this area, I usually get them done up in Boston, but I just wanted to put out my experience just to let people know. I went in for gel x extensions, listed as $70 on their website. The place was beautiful and the people who worked there were very kind and offered water bottles to incoming clients who had a little wait before their nail artist was ready for them. Overall the experience wasn’t bad, the nail artists are good at what they do and are fast, but when they were touching up my cuticles before adding the extensions they ended up really filing them down into the skin and I ended up bleeding. It’s okay I know accidents happen, but it happened for multiple of my cuticles and they just kept going on them after? I ended up leaving the appointment with really sore cuticles that lasted for a couple days and now that it’s been a week they’re dry, cracked, and peeling which they weren’t before because of how far they dug into them. And then on top of that, I know every salon is different, but I also had an issue where they kept adding to the cost as the appointment was happening. The one that really got me was that it was an extra $5 charge for them to shape my nails into almond shape?? I’ve never seen that? It also wasn’t told to me until after the shaping happened. I also understand that for designs to be added to your nails it could cost more, but I’ve usually seen gel x extensions that are a similar price include a simple design like a gradient or polka dots or something. And I totally understand something being drawn on your nails like a ghost or something seasonal would add to the price, but for a gradient on my nails and it was a $15 up charge. Again I’ve never gotten my nails done in this area, but I definitely recommend asking for any up charges you might have with the design you want before the appointment starts because I was only expecting to pay ~$84 after tip, but walked out paying $110.75 (they also have a $5.75 charge for using your card but I was kinda expecting that one). But genuinely I’m more frustrated because she really dug into my skin when working on my cuticles and they’re really messed up now which is sad because I really prided myself in taking good care of them. Sorry I know that was so long, but if you go here just be aware about them going hard on cuticles and 100% ask about pricing and additional price when you sit down.

Love the way Viva does my nails! Her eye for detail is on point and her work is consistent. Thou I’m loyal to her I see some amazing work from the other nail techs as well. I love the 10 min massage offer and place is always so clean. I do get pedicures here as well and everyone I’ve seen has done a great job.

I had an amazing experience here. The salon is beautiful and clean, and the staff is so friendly. My gel manicure turned out perfectly and has lasted over three weeks without a single chip. I will definitely be back!

I had a fantastic experience at this nail salon! I walked in as a visitor from New York, and they accommodated me right away. They removed my old gel quickly and handled my cuticles with great care—unlike many other places where I’ve been nicked. The salon is spotless, beautifully maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is fast, efficient, and highly skilled. I absolutely love my nails! Thank you so much for the wonderful service.

Not transparent with pricing. EVERYTHING is extra, even things that should be part of the price for the service. Very pushy to get an upgrade on treatments. I’m done with this place. Paying for aggravation. And, they need to stop using the nail filing tools over the cuticle to make cleaning cuticles easier. Instead of pushing them back and using sterile tools to cut them off, is disgusting … scraping my skin with a tool they file everyone’s nails with. … - In response to your reply, your tone and choice of words only highlight the way your business is run. During my visit, I was scraped to the point of bleeding, and the area was NOT SANITIZED afterward. I also clearly communicated that I did not want the disposable slippers and preferred to use my own to avoid smudging, yet your staff still placed them on me — which ruined my polish for the SECOND time. At no point was I rude, nor did I argue; I paid and left quietly. For you to accuse me of being rude simply because I expressed dissatisfaction, or perhaps because I did not tip, is completely inappropriate. Respect is earned by quality service, and unfortunately, my experience fell far below that.
