At the beginning, it started really well. I got in quick and I got sat really quickly. I told the girl that my budget was $80 I showed an inspiration picture and I said I know that’s a lot of design for just $80. So do something based off that with my budget. we start the service. She’s very rough with my nails. She kept Digging her nail file into my skin which I don’t get my nails done a lot so that might be normal wasn’t comfortable though. Then we get to right before she does the design and she says for all that it’s going to be $95. I immediately said no, before you even touched me, I said My budget was $80 so we compromised and we ended up doing four nail design. Then she did very well on my other designs except for my eight balls. I had to ask her repeatedly to go back over with white to fix the little black dots that were leftover showing through the white that was supposed to be solid. I understand that It’s really hard to do free hand. That’s why I’m not saying anything about the size of the shape of the eights Overall, I like my nails. They don’t go back all the way to my cuticle though, so it looks like they had already been growing out for a couple days. You could also see where she didn’t clean up the run off of the white on the eight ball on my right hand. Overall, not the worst place to go. I’ve had worse.

I’ve been to gloss nails three times now and each experience has been great. Mai has been my go to person the past two times and does an amazing job every time! I jammed my finger to the point it took my whole acrylic nail off and had my finger nail attached to it which was extremely painful. I let mai know and she was extremely gentle and considerate about me hurting my finger. Jenny is very welcoming, the salon is clean and overall the experience is just great!

I had the absolute best experience here at Gloss Nails and Spa. They treated me with so much kindness and respect. I’m a very shy person and struggle with speaking up. They did everything in their power to make sure I was happy and comfortable. Everyone there seems to love what they do! Even when short staffed everyone will work together to meet your needs. I will 100% be back in the future! I love the people and atmosphere of this place. Thank you for going above and beyond!

If you’re looking for a great experience, Gloss is the place and Alex N is your guy. He is meticulous, kind, and very thorough. He can make your nail art dreams come true. The employees seem to genuinely like working together and the prices are very fair.

Alex N. did an exceptional job on my nails.(photos attached) He was very patient and took his time with my nails, making sure they were exactly what I wanted. I love very detailed designs on my nails and a lot of places struggle with doing such detail but Alex definitely will be my go-to person for all my delicate designed nails now!! I highly recommend for your next appointment! — I’d also like to mention I’ve gotten my nails done by Jenny as well and she does really well too! Both of them are now my top recommendations when going to Gloss nails. I’m so happy with them and excited to show them off to everyone. I always get compliments on my nails whenever they do them :)
