2025-05-24Nam did a fantastic job on my full set. He is thorough and efficient and nails come out strong and thin(as desired) and artwork is lovely. This shop is also clean as a whistle, smells amazing, well decorated, and filled with smiling customers and technicians. I highly recommend. Round 2: broke my nail completely in half moving my storage. Went in to get fixed and got a color change. Can NOT say enough good things about this salon. Noticed today that anytime they answer the phone the music pauses. Extremely professional. Love it. Update: not transparent about pricing. Charged me over $100 for regular full set acrylics and cat eye(but told me the full set would be $50 and cat eye would be $10 because I always confirm pricing before I get anything done so there is no issue) then when I went in to get the repair I was told it would be $10 to do a color change for the cat eye gel and Nam would do the repair for free. With the tip i included it was $44 and i picked the lowest tier tip on the screen cause i already paid over $100 the first time in there. Thier point of sale doesn't show you a total or how much the tip percentages works out to when you're checking out. And they lied about what I was going to be charged cause the only tip that makes $10 into $44 would be over 100% which was probably not the lowest tier tip...
