Alexan Nails II

My nails look amazing -as always! They always use the best products, new products, and offer a comfortable environment to be in. I have always been happy with my nails- In the six months i’ve been coming here and I have always left feeling pampered. Anyone who’s done my nails has always done a great job, but pictured here is Ivy‘s work. I am a bartender and I get compliments on my nails ALL the time. I recommend coming here- calling before and make an appointment…or go on a whim, they do walk-ins too. 😊

*Edit - Got my nails done a second time and the ladies here were all very sweet. They did a great job again, and made a very cute design on my nails. I'm very impressed by their design skills! Very nice ladies. I made an appointment same day and they got me in right away. I think my manicure was a pretty complex design, but my technician was very nice and did a great job. The salon was clean and organized, and everyone was professional and kind. I will return in the future for sure.

Ivy the owner treated me so wonderful she not only did exactly what I asked for but she treated me very kindly. I felt very welcomed here. Will definitely be coming back for my rebase. She did it again my nails and design look so good so take such well care of me making sure I have a comfy seat with a pillow and she got me in and out while looking amazing. Thank you so much ivy she’s the best ask for her.

Worst paint job ever. Returned at owners suggestion (3 requests to return) to fix it...she completely made it look like I was asking for a favor when she’d asked me to and CHARGED me. (Short story.) (Long Story) My daughters wanted their nails done before Spring Break in Hawaii. So I took both my daughters for nails and I decided to get a long awaited pedicure I splurged and got the more expensive one. Big mistake. Nails were not even completely painted before leaving the salon. I spent the entire trip watching it chip away. First paint streaky. Taken off. Second paint brittle. Left on. Overcoat weak. Cotton fuzz painted into paint on all finger nails. When I left unhappy I was told to come back to fix the paint. (But was leaving on trip in 24 hr, no time). She told my daughter to tell me to return. And even sent a text with the same request. I finally found time to return, I was told come back later “we are busy” The next time I walked in. Embarrassing. She was like—it’s not worth it now to get them repainted. You just need to buy another pedicure. Wow. Got it.

Absolutely amazing! I've never had so much cuticle care before! Ivy did my manicure. She was super friendly! Kim did my pedicure. By far the best I've ever received. 10/10 recommend! I will be going back!
