BOSS NAILS AND LASH

Thank you Ladies sooo so much!!! Came in today because I didn’t like a nail art from earlier in the day at a different nail salon. I couldn’t let that be my nail set for an event I work tomorrow. I’ve been coming here for years (even after moving further away ) and recommend it to everyone. It’s clean relaxing and the staff is so kind and talented. They are my people and always make me feel at home.

I haven’t had a manicure in ages and Boss Nails was so kind and patient with me. They helped figure out what would be best and blew me away with the finished product. I unfortunately did not get the gentleman’s name who worked with me, but I believe he was the only male when I was there at 4pm today. It was easy to make an appt for my friend and I, and was one of my best manicure experiences. I will absolutely be back and would 100% recommend Boss Nails (I came as they were recommended to me by some friends)! I’ve had many compliments on my nails already just this evening.

The team at boss nails was wonderful. Their attention to detail and perfectionism made for one of the best manicures I’ve ever gotten. My request was particular and they executed it better than I could’ve imagined. Thank you, boss nails team!

I been going here about 4yrs. After having a trailer dropped on both ft I lost my toe nails & have yet to grow back ,Tim/Mgr or owner ( diff. Stories as his role their) is only 1 in area that can actually get acrylic on 2 big toes, however last several times ( 5/6)I've been their i didn't rcv. GOOD service,mind u I never go alone it's always myself,my daughter,grn.daughter bill always close $130- $150 for "basic" pedicure prior it was $25 +$5 for callus rmvl.. this X on Wed. 1/10 I pd for my pedicure, mind u this was 1 day prior to having foot surgery. I was expecting a nice relaxn pedicure being my feet couldn't be done for 6/8 wks .& needed a manicure I had so much outgrown skin that it hurt my hands Im always moisturizing my hands numerous times cus I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and MS so I massage My hands continuously w/ lotion so my skin is soft no reason to NOT have a great manicure.. the pics I included are (2 days after I rcvd service, I didn't get polish on my hands due to me havn surgery the nxtcday on 1/11 N needed my nails clear of any polish. I'm extremely very disappointed sad as "every mth we get service the techs are tipped very well from $15-$20 never get 2 services except this x. When I pay for manicure I expect my xtra skin to be removed, I'm paying for it along w/ my pedicure,every x we go we have an appt. But we're "rushed" I shouldn't have to get my manicure while I'm trying to relax w/ my pedicure.b4 I was able to choose the scent of soaking salt but not last several visits. My ft dont get to soak or enjoy the hot water, makes sense y the skin on feet don't soften up cus there not being left in water. ( pictures are 1 day 1/2 after our visits. We had appt on Wed. 1/10 at 3pm this pic was Friday or late Thurs. At 1am you can c in pics. All the skin left.. last several times we went the prices go up normal price I usually pay $25 basic ped. + $5 for calluses +$5/each big toe. =$40...on 1/10 my pedicure was told $55..( didn't get NO SALT,NO MASSAGE,NO CALLUS rmvd ,being I was havn surg. The next morning !! Should've only pd. $45 I was told they no Lngr. Had price sheet but pedi. R Now $35 ok if so y did I pay $55 $35 pedi + $10 big toes acrylic $45 -BUT chrgd $55. THEN my grand daughter got a basic pedicure( 7yr old)she was a bit sad as she wanted to sit in mid.of her mother/myself, other workers started spkg. In their language I could somewhat tell we were being talked about other wrkrs.began to come and look at my grand dhhtr. Crying ...SO I DECIDED TO RECORD THEM..YEP I DID....and had it translated after.... I was appalled at what they said, my daughter had recently a NEWLY adopted baby, they said stuff the baby was " fat like the mom" one lady told the tech doing my grand daughters pedicure to just hurry, in which she did her pedicure in 13 min. At 1 point my grand daughter had tears ! I asked if she was havn fun, she let her tears roll down said " NO That the lady was hurting her. One lady said to tech " get her done cus walk ins were coming in ,salon was getn busy" literally it was a"13 min pedicure ..then they charged us $25 for a child pedicure,when I questioned the charge the ladyvsaudccus my grand daughter got French on ONLY 2 big toes ... ..my personal thought how do u charge. $25 for a kid that has 1/2 if not smaller nail beds & uses less polish & only had 2 toes w/ French so very lil' white polish was used !! The recording was fully translated & after knowing what ALL was said I decided to file a discrimination complaint to BBB along with the ADA ( American Disability Act)since First of all Im a 4 1/2 yr. outstanding pating/tipping customer, Im a human being & I'm a senior on SSI w/a disability of Multiple Sclerosis, so I do have a deformity after 11 bilateral foot surgeries w/ some scaring BUT I don't NEED to be ridiculed, put down,NOR Does my daughter,grn. daughter or my new adopted grand baby. On every street corner theirs a nail salon & 2 think after movn from the neighbrhd. i would drive over 135 miles 2b put down ! 😪🤨BOSS NAILS U lost me /us as customers!!
