AMaez’ing Nails

I was really hopeful for this appointment. But sadly should have left when the techs were late to the shop for a 9 am appointment. Drove 45 minutes to get there at 8:40 techs didn’t get there until maybe 9:10 and 9:40. They forgot our pedicures and had people scheduled as we were still there. It was dirty, dust and nail tip clippings on the floors, trash cans overflowing etc. And not even 12 hours later the art is rubbing off my nails… $250 for three manicures and we all are going to have to fix them before the wedding we got them done for on Tuesday..

I came in with my bridesmaid to get our nails done for my wedding, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We expected a certain level of professionalism that just wasn’t there. They were late to our appointment, the salon was noticeably dirty—with acrylic powder on the floor, an overflowing trash can, and an unclean bathroom with dirty nail brushes. Throughout the appointment, the staff were on their phones, which made everything take much longer than expected. I had originally thought we’d booked nails and toes, but the pedicures were forgotten, and by that point, I was running late for a graduation party and couldn’t stay. On a positive note, the girl was nice and the shape of our nails turned out well. But we all got gold foil, and by the end of the day, it had already rubbed off. We ended up redoing our nails ourselves. I’m not looking for a refund, but I do hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients—especially for special occasions like weddings. EDIT because I saw the response to my sister's review. I get that they don't think they were that late. But I expected them to be early to get things ready for us. Maybe in the future don't book until 9:30 so you have plenty of time to get there and have everything setup. I know we came on your cleaning day. But I also expect nail techs to atleast be cleaning at the end of each day and cleaning their space after each client. Not once a week. At the end of the day, this place just wasn't for us.

A very sweet young lady named Grace did a wonderful job on my nails. I would recommend her for sure.

I came in to get nails for prom, the lady was super nice, very professional, asked me if she needed to touch up anything making sure I was happy with my nails. My nails looked exactly like the picture. Despite her not having specific gems she improvised and made it look even better than the photo. It’s been three weeks and my nails are still on (I’m very rough with my nails and I work in fast food) they’re still flawless as ever and not to pricy at all!! I recommend this place

Writing this review as I stand outside their locked door. Made an appointment over the phone last week. Woman who booked the call sounded like the owner was not warm at all, sounded busy and not thrilled to book me, almost made me feel like it was an inconvenience. Arrived today at my appointment time by Lyft (we're working in town and only have one car) and doors locked and nobody here. Not a great area of town, and I'm standing out here alone waiting 10 minutes for another Lyft to take me back to our hotel. So just spent 20 bucks to get here and back for nothing. I dont know if they do good nails, but their customer service is lacking.
