⚠️ Warning to Others About This Nail Salon Experience ⚠️ I’m sharing this to protect others from going through what my 17-year-old daughter just experienced. She went in for a full set and brought a clear reference photo — the design she specifically wanted, just in red. She asked multiple times if the nail tech could replicate it, and was told yes. What she received was far from what she asked for. Not only were the gems completely different (not gold, not the same shape or placement), but when she politely asked for corrections, she was met with rudeness and visible disdain. The gems on her pointer and ring fingers were done in a single line down the center — they were unevenly filled in with gaps and crooked placement. Even the French tip depth was off. This wasn’t a case of vague inspiration — she wanted that exact design, and communicated that clearly. She paid over $100 of her own hard-earned money for a service that was not delivered. To make matters worse, the tech charged her an extra $5 on top of that (by not giving my daughter her change), despite not completing the design as promised. My daughter came home in tears — not just because the nails weren’t what she asked for, but because of how she was treated. If the tech had simply been honest about not being able to do the design or lacking the right materials, this could have been avoided. Taking a young person’s money, failing to deliver the agreed-upon service, and then treating them with disrespect is unacceptable. Please be cautious and make sure you’re working with someone who is honest about their capabilities and treats clients — especially young ones — with kindness and capabilities.

Made an appointment with my daughter to nails nail for back to school. Showed up a minute before the appointment, to be told that they took a walk in and could no longer take our appointment. No warning, text, email, just a we will see you tomorrow… no longer willing to give them a try. Seems like they only care about their regular clients.

I always get such great results here!! The ladies take their time and are really careful to make sure I enjoy my nails!! The prices are always so reasonable too!! Vivian did a fabulous job!

She cut my toenails so short, a few of them bled. It was painful for her to file them and my nails are completely messed up. She put some of the tips on pointing up. I I had to pay to go have them redone. Update had to get antibiotics cause of a bacterial infection from my pedicure there!
