Upsating my review....After visiting via email with the store manager, we agreed that I would receive a gift card from the salon. I do appreciate the fact that she listened and did respond. I was visiting family in the area and 3 of us went to get a pedi. The technician asked if we wanted gel polish. 2 of us said no and the other person did want gel. When I paid for my service it was $58 which I thought was out of line for a basic pedi with basic polish but I paid and tipped based on the amount charged. Later I checked the website and found that apparently I received gel polish and was charged an up-charge of $20 for gel polish. I've called the salon and the person I first talked with said she could not help and the manager would call me. Later that day, I did receive a call and when I asked for a refund of the $20 charge, that person said her boss would need to talk with me and would call me. That was 8 days ago. I waited to post a review hoping I would be able to post something positive but that didn't happen. Now I have to pay my regular tech to remove the gel polish.

Awful experience!!!!! Waste of $50!!!! Everyone is extremely rude in there. The lady doing my nails had misunderstood that I had an appointment for a manicure-and tried to put me in a chair for pedicure-after correcting her, they all talked about it for the next 15 min staring and laughing at me. My nails look like crap! She smudged one of them and another one is rough. Never said a word to me other than asking what shape I want and nice color. I will not be returning!!!

Beautiful, comfortable, and clean salon, but what really makes my experience great is my nail professional, Amy. I have been going to her for years and she has never disappointed me! She is wonderful!

This was my first visit and Vickiy did a wonderful job on my nails and pedicure. The shape was perfect and the finish was like glass. The shop was so peaceful and relaxing. I have a new nail home. Thank you Vicky.

Update: 4/25 I went back and they fixed my manicure free of charge. She even offered to do tips or dip if I wanted. They did a wonderful job this time!! She helped me pick my color so I could match the picture I was going for and when it came time for the chrome, she put both chromes on, let me see, & then let me pick which one I liked better. I didn’t even know there was different types of chrome! The whole time throughout my manicure she was checking in and making sure I liked the color and it was what I was going for. Bella Nails gets a 10/10 from me now! It was very nice of them to let me come back and fix my original manicure. My nails match the picture perfectly!! Both times everyone was so friendly. I would return for another mani pedi! 4/23: I got a mani pedi, and the pedi was good so that’s the 1 star. The mani- I repeatedly told her the color was way too light and it wasn’t what I was going for, but she kept reassuring me that once we put the chrome on it would look like the picture. Sure the chrome gave it the glazed look, but the underneath color wasn’t correct at all. I never speak up at nail salons so it was hard enough for me to be like “hey I don’t think this color is right, can I pick something else”, but instead we just kept layering coats on. 6 of my fingers got cut during the mani. And I’m talking like bleeding. The next day it hurt to do anything- wash my hands, cook, type on the computer. And lastly, the polish is all over my skin. It looks like I painted my nails at home. I am so disappointed because I paid a lot and for this to be the end result. Sadly, I don’t think I’d return
