Customer service isn’t great, even the owner met me with a “so what do you want” when I was expressing that the fill I had done wasn’t done properly. The owner and the nail tech that did the fill were both showing aggression towards me when I was addressing my concerns. Definitely won’t be returning back to this nail salon. -Please check the cameras throughly or share them if my review is dishonest, which I don’t appreciate, because this is the experience I had at your salon. While getting my pedicure the technician was friendly and we chatted about movies. The tech doing my refill was also friendly at that point in time. We discussed the color I wanted, I mentioned just doing French tip Again, then a solid red, and then the nail tech suggests a red French tip. At that point I feel like it should’ve been expressed that it would be an additional $15 to do a French tip design, so that as a customer I could make a decision based on my budget. The sign states a fill is 45+, which I understand it can go up based on the designs. I failed to ask for the price of that and just went along with what the tech suggested because she said it was better and I have trouble speaking up, especially at nail salons. This being the reason why. The nail tech didn’t add more powder to my nail, she just filled it down and added polish, again I didn’t say anything because I am always met with aggression when I do. When I was checking out, please check those cameras too, I was calm and expressed that I wasn’t aware that the French tip was considered a design and basically wanting to understand what I was paying for since it was more than I had expected. The nail tech showed clear signs of aggression and anger towards me, the nail tech who did my pedicure was the only professional one who provided good customer service and helped ease my anxiety throughout the entire time there. The owner stepped in to help and she offered a $10 voucher for my next visit, but at this point I had already decided I wouldn’t return but accepted it anyways. While I waited for my card to unlock (Venmo was having issues), I expressed to the owner that I truly wasn’t happy with my nails and let her know as a customer with feedback that I wasn’t told of the extra charge for what I wanted, I was met with a “ok, so what do you want?”. I responded with “Good customer service”. A simple I will ensure my nail techs notify the customer of any extra charges moving forward would’ve sufficed. I asked if I could just get a solid red color instead since that’s what I originally wanted and she told me they didn’t have time. The owner took back the voucher and said I’ll remove that fee from the invoice. I paid and left with a horrible experience. I was made to feel uncomfortable and at one point I felt threatened by the tone, and body language from the nail tech and the owner. Now, I stick to my original review. If you’re looking for quality service and customer service that doesn’t go out the window the moment you express a concern - don’t come here. The fact that you’re calling my review dishonest isn’t very professional either.

I absolutely love my nails! Thank you Sterling!! I came in for just a basic color but Sterling suggested a do something festive & gave me so many options. We decided on this & it came out absolutely gorgeous!! Also got my toes done & it was so relaxing!! Love this place!!

Hands down the best nail salon in town! Nina consistently goes above and beyond to ensure you're completely satisfied with your service. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the attention to detail is impressive. I love the thoughtful touches, like complimentary drinks and regular check-ins to make sure you're enjoying your experience. If you're looking for top-notch nail care and exceptional service, look no further! 10/10 would recommend!

I am a cosmetologist myself and my tech Anne did my pedicure and was super gentle when clipping my cuticles I fell asleep a couples times 😭🤍 Vivian did my nails did exactly what I asked for ! Will be back! $122 for my nails and feet ! $52 for pedicure $70 for short acrylic French tip

My first time going to this establishment! And I was beyond impressed. The people there are very welcoming and kind. Always making sure I and everyone else was doing okay. 100% recommend! I personally had Andy for my nails he's super funny and kind. I also had A for my pedicure she is super sweet and kind, and very gentle! Kevin also made myself and everyone welcomed and he's very easy and nice to talk to!
