I absolutely love the hair transformation Katy did for my hair!!! As you can see from the before photo my hair was very dark with box dye and I had about 4 inches of my natural gray/white hair growth. I wanted something that would blend with my gray hair so I wouldn’t have to dye it all the time and just a fresher look for my 56th birthday. As you can see Katy did a fantastic job! She explained every step of the process it would take to get the hair I dreamed of and I trusted her implicitly. Katy is very knowledgeable about hair as she previously worked in a very high end salon in Denver for years. Katy is a joy to be around as she is friendly and easy to talk to. I was looking for the best and I found it at Blush & Ivy with Katy!! Katy truly wants every client to look and feel beautiful and she accomplishes that, just check out all her after photos!!

Katy knew exactly what my hair needed! I went in simply telling her that I’m active duty and wanted something with hints of red and fall vibes, and she instantly understood my vision. She brought it to life in a way I couldn’t have imagined, and I left feeling so beautiful and confident. She has a gift for knowing what fits you best without you even having to say much. I’m beyond impressed and so grateful for her talent! What’s usually takes over 7 hours for me was done in about 3! Full balayage, cut, style, and curls, and the time flew by even faster because she’s so awesome to talk to. I felt like I left not just with amazing hair, but also with a new friend. Truly the best experience!

I have been looking for a stylist close to home and I chose Blush and Ivy because of Katy’s great reviews. I reached out to Katy ahead of time to ask her a few questions and she took the time to call me back to discuss ideas and provide some pics for me to review. Katy is amazing. My hair looks beautiful, healthy and vibrant. The blend of blonde and low lights with my grey look exactly how I hoped. I will be back.

I came in wanting two completely different things and couldn’t 100% decide. Katy helped brainstorm with me since I wanted to get rid of the blonde and go brunette, but I didn’t want to get rid of all the blonde. She framed my face with blonde and kept all underneath blonde and I couldn’t be happier! She even made sure to make the brown natural looking since my natural hair is darker. Besides the amazing work she does, she’s super welcoming and comes with good vibes. I drive across town for Katy but she’s worth it.

Katy is wonderful!!! Definitely the best and most fun hair appointment I’ve ever had. I walked out with the most beautiful balayage and my hair felt healthy, light, and happy. I will definitely be returning ❤️
