I’ve been going to Vicky for almost 20 years, and I won’t let anyone else touch my nails! She’s incredible — talented, creative, and somehow able to bring to life just about any design I request! Vicky’s whole team is always friendly and welcoming, and they treat everyone with genuine kindness. If you’re looking for beautiful nails at a reasonable price in a great atmosphere, I highly recommend Pretty Nails. Vicky, thank you for taking such great care of me all these years!

Vicki was recommended to me when my previous nail tech left the salon I was going to. I couldn't be happier! She does a great job and my nails always look amazing. I recommend her 10/10

Not my favorite experience, but price is better than most places. My basic pedicure was pretty great for $35. Polish and foot rub. Just what I needed. My manicure on the other hand was not good. I asked for old gel to be taken off. She used a Dremel tool rather than soaking them off. When I commented on it she went and got a bowl of acetone and asked me to put both hands in the bowl. Drys your hands out. I have ridges all over my nail beds from the Dremel tool. She also talked on the phone the entire time with Bluetooth in her ears and barely acknowledged my requests. I asked for cuticles to be pushed back rather than cut. She kind of did this. $75 with tip. I guess I should just do my nails at home.

*Updated review as of 6/1: After getting my nails done for 15+ years in Colorado, Vicky & her team at Pretty Nails in Loveland is my #1 favorite place to go. I can be very particular regarding shape & design, and Vicky never disappoints. She puts up with my ridiculous requests and still makes everyone feel like family when they in. (Including photos of the latest set done by Vicky & Donny) I’ve been to Pretty Nails twice now and had an amazing experience each time. The pedicure was so relaxing, and everyone was very friendly. My daughter and I went back to get full sets done for my birthday and had an incredible experience. The nail techs gave us exactly what we wanted. They made sure we were happy with the shape and design. On top of that, everyone who works there is very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back and make this our new go-to salon! 10/10 would recommend.

I came in for a pedicure, and while the overall experience was so so, I left feeling uncomfortable. The technician was a bit rough when removing my callus, and I wish I had spoken up but felt too embarrassed at the moment. The part that really bothered me was when she threw the small nail file away, then noticed something on my big toenail and took the file back OUT OF THE TRASH to use it again. It was sitting on top of someone else's pedicure liner, and that didn’t feel sanitary. She used it to file the imperfection on my cuticle, which caused a small cut that bled a little and is now sore. Why couldn't she have used something else? It was straight filing skin. I didn’t know how to say anything at the time and just wanted to leave, but the situation made me uncomfortable and a bit grossed out. I honestly don’t think I’ll be returning after this experience especially not for $63 + tip.
