Glamour Nails Salon & Spa

Went in for a no chip manicure and pedi and not even 24 hours later I have 3 chipped nails. I had my nails already filed the slightly pointed shape I wanted them, the nail tech immediately rounded all my nails without stopping to ask me if I approved of the shape. During the pedi, I saw them put the scrubs and files they used for my calluses back in the drawer without sanitizing them! My toe nails are all different shapes because they did a terrible job shaping them, but the lack of sanitation is the real problem!! Really displeased with my service. Ive been to great salons and this is not one of them.

Tina has been doing my manicures and pedicures for 7 years! Tina is the best! She is concerned about taking her time and cleanliness of her tools. She is focused on beautiful designs on my nails, each time a new and different design. I typically give her free rein because she is so talented. I'm hard on my nails and she knows how to help me keep them beautiful for as long as possible! She also does a beautiful job on my mother and sister. I would highly recommend!

Went here asked for black tips they gave me an entire black nail. And it looked like my toddler did it. I had other things to do that day. When I walked outside the nail was horrible. There was scratched and uneveness that I couldn't see till I got outside. I went back in and all they did was put another coat on top of a already well over coated nail. And said that was all they could do and they didn't have time to fix it. The language barrier doesn't help the "owner" was extremely rude when I tried to explain to her what was wrong and she said well we can't do your nails then go outside to look. Don't go here they are rude and don't give you what you ask for. I tried to dispute it with my bank and the bank said they have them evidence and I'm like what that I couldn't pay without leaving or they were going to call the cops! Below is a photo of what I asked for and this is what I walked out the door with. I spent the rest of my day at home removing them myself. Never going back again.

I had a very bad experience at another salon. I called Glamour nails and they were able to get me in immediately. Ki was so amazing and kind. She was very gentle and my nails turned out better than I could have imagined! This place is all around amazing.

The main lady always makes sure everyone is getting what they want. And they do one nail and make sure you like it completely before just doing the whole set. Tried salons closer to where I live and I've only learned this place is worth the commute.
