D best nails and spa

I am in love with this salon. Never disappointed. If you want gorgeous nails or looking for a new nail salon come here tell Lenny and Kayla Michelle the queen bee sent you. It's worth the drive for me and I travel about a half an hour to get there. Can't say enough.... And this is a family of girls day my daughter's and granddaughters.

The Staff here are very nice., They try real hard to make sure you get the exact mail color you want. I had a mani cure and pedicure and they finished quickly and I was very satisfied. I will be back.

My sisters and I have come here several times and it never disappoints! The staff is incredibly kind and friendly. They always do amazing work. Would recommend to anyone in the area and outside of the area! We love this place.

Beautiful and clean salon, friendly staff and hardly ever a wait. I bring my son with me every time and they are so accommodating and welcoming! And the work is always great, even when I throw confusing ideas their way! Always a pleasure!

Confused and feel duped 🤔 I called the shop first to try to amend instead of public blasting but got no answer. And so, here is my honest review of my experience with this shop. The staff who stood by the door was friendly. I was offered water and promptly taken care of as a walk in customer plus a friend. The shop does not seem to ventilate the air well as I had a headache instantly but I thought I’d give it a try instead of leaving as the staff welcomed us in. But the headache persisted all throughout the service so as a sensitive and pregnant woman, I knocked off one ⭐️ from this review. Service- our nails were done by two staff members. I will say, the foot bath was lukewarm and the products used to do the service were underwhelming compared to my usual nail salon up in Loveland. But I respect each shop has their own style so I think that’s not something to remove a review star for. BUT Then when it came time to pay, one of the two staff used an old calculator to punch in the services we received. I got the $35 standard pedicure. My friend was meant to get the $40 deluxe pedicure + French nails design as an add on. The menu I was given before the service had shown French addition to cost $10+. I also wanted to do the 5% cash payment discount but as their ATM was not working, I was told I could pay by Venmo. That was all okay BUT in the heat of the moment as the staff was punching in the calculator twice (he made few calculation mistakes so he had to redo it twice) to explain to me what the price will be…the final cost ended up being $97.2etc. I wondered how that was possible but when I asked how that price came to be, he said the French nails add on was $25! I thought where did that come from? That info was not disclosed to me at any point so I assumed it was going to be the $10. POOR COMMUNICATION is the reason for knocking off one ⭐️off this review of service. Another problem- my friend had told me her deluxe pedicure did not have the extra step compared to my standard care (which I thought too but assumed he had misunderstood my service request as standard pedicure). So my friend was provided standard pedicure it seemed. In the end, not wanting to make a fuss especially as I could not understand the staff well, I bit my lips and asked if the final price was basically $97 (I never had been charged 97.somethingsomethingsomething with about ten digits afterward so I wasn’t sure what he wanted me to pay). He said yes. SO I sent $97 through Venmo after confirming it was $97 but when I showed him my Venmo payment proof from my phone, he frowned slightly and said something to the other staff unhappily in another language and walked off… SO another ⭐️ knocked off this review for the confusing payment process, communication, and one more ⭐️ off for the final dismissive treatment. Today (next day), I looked up the sales tax of clermont county and tried doing the math myself few times and even ran it through chatGPT and we concluded…even if the $25 French nails add was a legit price for the add on, which, again! they just failed to let me know 🥵, the cost still adds up to $96.something … so I don’t know what method or system they used to charge me but I left scratching my head and today, I honestly feel duped or worse…scammed? Overall, I feel confused about how a simple two pedicure plus one French could cost me basically $100 based on the cost breakdown on their website and their physical menu I was given. I called the shop before posting this review but I was unable to get through to them. Conclusion: for a very easy simple basic service I’m sure the service here can be good but double check the cost of each service you’re asking for if you see the + beside the price. Then ask for a receipt. Perhaps an itemized receipt if you don’t know what was charged what. Don’t just try to be nice because the staff are nice. I regret my experience here because of feeling ripped off in the end. I am pretty sure I will not be revisiting.
