Eric & Mia Nails Spa

I had never tried this salon before and thought the reviews seemed decent so decided to give it a try. Scheduled an appointment for 5:45 to get my current gel-x nail set removed and a new one applied with simple nail art. I ended up coming at 5:15 to also get a pedicure, I chose the deluxe pedicure which takes about 55 minutes total. My nails didn’t get started on until about 7:15, me leaving the shop by 8:15 mind you they close at 7. For starters, when my artist Mia applied the nails she made the right pointer finger completely crooked, whatever no big deal, I was happy enough with how they turned out, I go to pay and my total comes out to $175. Ive quite literally never paid this much for a pedicure and manicure, but paid it with no questions asked including a 15% tip making my total over $200. I’ve now had these nails since Wednesday night and it is Friday morning and lost one gem on my middle finger the very next day (Thursday) while taking a shower, no activity to cause them to fall off. Then, this morning (Friday)I lost a gem off my thumb, seems to have happened in my sleep. Then, later today I was changing clothes and lost an entire middle finger nail, literally fell right off with ease to no damage to my actual nail and again no activity to cause that whatsoever. I’ve now had these nails 2 days, have lost 2 gems, and a entire nail doing nothing but day to day activities. I’ve quite literally never had nails hold up so bad. For the price and quality I would highly suggest going anywhere else, these were my birthday nails to last me until the 18th, and couldn’t even make it through 3 full nights, and I’m out $200. Sunday: now 4 days later and I’ve lost two more gems and another nail lol

Love this nail salon- it’s the best in Colorado Springs! (And I’ve been to most of them.) They do a great job at manicured and pedicures but they specialize in nail designs and jewels! The designs always look amazing. And the salon is very clean. I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and have always had a great experience!

Update: Just got my holiday nails done and they are SO CUTE! Eric and Mia always give me such great service and have such great attention to detail 💜 K-pop lovers in the area, GET YOUR CONCERT NAILS DONE HERE! They are always so nice and patient and always do an amazing job! They have such great attention detail and I have left happy every single time I come here!

I just recently moved to Colorado from Texas and was on the hunt for a nail salon and found this salon. Mia gave me the most amazing french gel manicure I’ve ever had! I’ve always requested a thinner french line and nobody has ever delivered as well as Mia did. The salon is also gorgeous. Mia and Eric are both so sweet. I’m so happy to say I’ve found the salon I will be permanently going to!

My husband and I came in to get pedicures. Firat impression was bery, very clean - immaculate. We've gone to a few different nail salons but this by far was the best in our opinion. They took the time to really take care of us. We both had ingrown toenails and they made sure they got them without hurting. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!!
