I was absolutely fascinated by this nail salon from the very moment I walked in. The place is incredibly elegant, spotless, and beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere that immediately makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Vince and Hunter, and I must say their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail went above and beyond my expectations. They both made me feel at ease and delivered a flawless job on my nails and pedicure. Every step of the process showed how much they care about their clients and the quality of their work. What impressed me the most is that despite the luxurious service and outstanding results, their prices are very accessible. I came all the way from Los Angeles, CA, and I can honestly say it was worth every mile and every minute of the trip. This experience has truly exceeded anything I could have imagined. I left feeling pampered, elegant, and more than satisfied. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for not just great nails, but an exceptional overall experience. 🌸💅✨

I don’t write reviews often but I had to because I am in love with my nails. It was my first time in and I sat with Andy. I loved his professionalism and how attentive to detail he is. He made sure I was happy after every step and the end result speaks for itself. I don’t get my nails done very often but I will be coming back to Andy when I do.

Mixed review. Got a basic mani/pedi. Manicure was perfect and the lady was extremely careful and yet still efficient. Pedicure technician was careless and I got two deep cuts on my skin when she was shaping my big toe and pinky toe. Front desk clerk was nice enough to offer me antiseptic when I called in to report my experience.

They advertise 10% discount for new customer, but I was never given this discount as a first time customer and charged full price. I am not local and just passing through town. I signed in selecting the Deluxe Organic Pedicure, but when seated the tech pushed for the VIP House Pedicure and would only point to options on that page that do not list the lower level pedicures. I was not given an option to select scent. I asked how long the VIP would take as I had someone waiting on me. I was told 40 minutes. The pedicure took twice as long 1 hour 45 minutes. The chairs that every one seams to rave about, I did not find comfortable sitting that long in. I found them extremely uncomfortable for your head and neck and kept having to try and re-adjust. After completing polish steps, my tech had to keep sanding and reapplying gel polish several times over the completed polish adding to the time and creating thick layers of polish. It seamed as if he did not know how to use gel polish or polish correctly. My feet did feel great and he did a great job on the pedicure itself, but the massage was mediocre. Was not much different then I have experienced in other salons with a deluxe pedicure at much less cost and with a much better massage. The only difference here is they rub you with oranges and candle wax. My tech was also very forceful when he would place or move my foot. At one time it felt as if he was trying to bend my ankle the wrong direction. I checked the polish and noticed the tech did not even apply the polish correctly up to the cuticle line, there is a small gap. I do not have time to return to the salon before leaving town to fix. The salon itself was beautiful, clean, and laid out very nicely. I was offered a refreshment upon being seated. I did not feel the $125 VIP pedicure was worth it and tech should be more experienced in applying polish and massage and be honest about time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend the VIP pedicure.

Had a lengthy but great time. My technician was Andy. I showed him my inspiration pictures for my nails and he made sure to continuously check with me about the details to make sure I was happy. I love my nails, they came out so cute!
