Mimi’s Nail Bar consistently delivers exceptional service and quality. The technicians are highly skilled and pay close attention to every detail, ensuring flawless results each time. I’ve been getting my nails done for a very long time and I’ve struggled to find a place that can provide what I need. Until I found this gem. I appreciate that the fact they are appointment based only, which allows for a personalized experience without feeling rushed or having to wait. The space has so many windows that allows natural light in to create a very relaxing AND odor free environment. It’s a family-owned business that takes great pride in their work and values their clients. Supporting a local business that upholds such high standards is always my goal and this place exceeds those standards.

I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance, I asked for gel. They asked me no further questions. When I got there they’re trying to tell me my appointment isn’t until 10:30 and they can’t do the nails I want, but if I wait until 10:30, that lady can do them. So I wait, the lady comes in and looks at the picture I have on my phone and says she can’t do those, nobody there can do those. Mind you I scheduled this appointment 3 weeks ago, have been growing out my nails for this appointment. And now I’m cooked because I needed these nails done for my anniversary and I have no time to reschedule with another place. These ladies look at you like they’ve seen a ghost anytime you say anything to them, just clueless, like you’re speaking in tongues. At the very least they made me laugh, funny expressions from everyone. EDIT (to their response): I was booked for 10:00AM. I know this because I have an appointment later in the day and typed the 10:00 appointment into my phone as I was on the phone scheduling the appointment. Secondly, I asked questions on the phone about if they did nail extensions so that I could have more room for design. They said they only did stuff on natural nails, so I spent the last few weeks growing mine out for room for the “design” which was 2 colors swirled. They first told me it could be done by the 10:30 technician, which is what the clueless looks came from, because while we waited for her to arrive, they were talking amongst each other trying to figure something out. I’m guessing this response is from the girl who showed up later. Anyways, I was never asked to show a picture or asked what I wanted on my nails. Don’t go here it’s a waste of time!

Always such an amazing experience every time I come in! The staff is so friendly, everything is clean and well-kept, and I always look forward to chatting with my girl Grace! Truly such a welcoming salon, definitely recommend!!

The most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon for one when you pull up. They will all turn around and stare at you when you’re getting out of your car for two when you arrive in there for your appointment they will sit and gossip about you… so unprofessional, I cannot believe it.

Love love love these girls at Mimi’s! Today was my first time there as I was disappointed with service at my current nail salon and read the great reviews about this place. It’s located in the Inverness center by the restaurants and shops on the corner. I loved this place from the moment I walked in. Everyone here is so friendly and welcomed me right away with my name. The salon is extremely clean and modern. The nail desks are marble slate. The whole shop is just so cute and girly. They offer many different services at competitive prices. If your nail chips or something happens within a week of getting them done, you can call them and they will fix for free. It only took 45 min for my gel manicure which I greatly appreciate because I hate sitting for more than an hour for a quick manicure. They have so many colors to choose from you’ll be able to find the right color for you. I had the best experience and found my new nail salon!!
