I’ve been coming here the past year or so and I would highly recommend them. They’re really good at communicating with you and will even call you in advance if there’s a problem. One time my tech called out I was worried they wouldn’t have anyone for me as it was super busy, but they made it work and I was in a chair within 10 minutes. My nail tech- Tim is incredibly gentle and precise. My only criticism would be that they are a bit pricey, but still definitely worth it to me. I’ll be coming back as long as I can afford it!

I came here to get a basic pedicure for $39. The entire pedicure took 25 minutes with genuinely one of the worst massages I’ve ever had. She gave me one coat of polish, and no top coat. I paid $1.60 a minute for one of the worst services I’ve ever had in my life. I’m heart broken that what was a splurge for me financially was treated with such a lack of care. I’ve had previously good experiences here but this was enough to ruin this salon for me. The pictures were taken within 10 minutes of my service and it is obvious what a lack of care the technician had for my pedicure. I understand that I can’t afford the expensive ultra-luxury treatment- but even a basic pedicure is supposed to be a luxury and this was not. I could have, and should have done my nails at home. At least then I would’ve had a top coat layer on my nails. Edit: I will say, this is by far the cleanest nail salon in the springs. They do that right even if the pedicure sucked

I had an appointment at 5 pm for a pedicure and acrylic fill. Didn’t get sat till 5:40. I asked for a simple nail design which I’ll include, it took 5 different people to try and do it. Finally at 7 pm the nail tech I originally asked for came over and said she could do the design, then after it was all said and done, charged me $80 for a pedicure! Kimmese was great, but I could tell she was in a hurry to leave as they close at 7. I had an appointment for a manicure and pedicure and left the salon at 7:40 pm with just my toes done. Will not be going back, especially for the unprofessional approach they took at not informing me what I was being charged for. The ticket they gave me said 39.50 for pedicure. Now I understand I did French tip which would be another charge, but not $80! I included what they left me with for over 30 min while the nail tech I asked for finished up another person and their attempt at doing French tip.

Clean, organized and professional. My technician, Lana, made sure I received exactly what I asked for and was meticulous in her execution. Received full set for 120 along with full pedicure. Am so happy with the gel application. They can do whatever you want.

Being 8 month pregnant makes it difficult for me to reach my feet these days and Springs Nails and Spa really helped me out and then some! I forgot to ask the name of the person who worked on me today, but he was so nice and very attentive. I feel so refreshed! I made a 12:15 appointment, got the Green Tea Honey Pedicure, and left around 1:30. I was running a little late by about 5 minutes, but they still had my spot reserved! This is my second time being here and I have nothing but good things to say! I would recommend this location on so many levels. 10/10
