I brought my daughter to Passion Nails & Spa for her birthday and the experience was honestly disappointing. I even called ahead to confirm they accepted the Groupon and asked if I could just pay the difference for the design. They said yes. But when we arrived, an older lady came from the back, looked at the picture I showed her, and suddenly told me it would be $80. It put me on the spot on my daughter’s birthday, so I agreed. After 1 hour and 47 minutes, she put me on the spot again and charged another $15 extra for the design that she had already seen when I first walked in. It felt like a straight hustle. To be clear — the one who actually did the nails, she did an amazing job on the nails themselves. No complaints there. Only one lady was doing nails, and another younger girl waited about 45 minutes before the older lady rushed her through my daughter’s nails just to get to her. The nails came out almost perfect, but the service, attitude, and treatment were terrible. My daughter even asked me, “What if you had just dropped me off and only gave me $80?” because the way it played out made her feel uncomfortable. The place looks nice, but it was completely empty for nearly two hours—not a good sign. Overall, I left feeling cheated and taken advantage of, especially on my daughter’s birthday. I would not return.

We came across Passion Nails one day while driving by and have been back now 5 times. My daughter loves extravagant designs, and they never fall short. Her Halloweeen nails were amazing! I always get a simple color and a pedicure. Great service as one day they called in another tech just so they could service us at the same time. Very friendly and clean. If you are looking for a place to get great designs, I would recommend checking them out!

Everyone here was so kind and patient. They took their time and didn't try to upsell over and over. They also gave our group a cute little holiday gift at the end which I have never received from any other nail salon I have been to in the past. I would definitely recommend this place to others!
