Client service, ease of scheduling, clean and welcoming: 5 stars for sure. Quality, attention to detail, and price for what was done: 1 star. I tried this place for the Google reviews and was very excited. This was a one time treat for the holidays for me and a splurge. Had a fabulous and relaxing pedicure. The gel application and manicure is one of the worst I’ve had. I don’t notice any of it until I got home. I have sharp corners and weird bumps and uneven spots all over. I had no idea how much polish was left on my skin either. I do a better job myself even with gel. Please know everyone there is so kind and great, however I will not be back. 😩

I’ve been getting my nails and eyelashes done here since they first opened, and they have always delivered amazing results. The owner is consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which truly makes a difference. During this holiday season, they went above and beyond—not only providing excellent service, but also surprising me with a gift, which was such a thoughtful touch! Hands down, this is the BEST nail salon I’ve ever been to and trust me, I’ve tried quite a few! Unfortunately, this was the worst acrylic set I’ve had. Ken got glue on my hands and even glued the underside of my nails to my skin. The acrylic was uneven and lumpy, and despite paying $5 extra for an almond shape, they weren’t properly shaped at all. There wasn’t enough acrylic applied to the side walls, so instead of correcting it (I did point it out), he heavily filed down the sides of my natural nails, which left several fingers sore. I had to ask for a nail file and spent over 20 minutes reshaping them myself just to make them presentable. They’ve already started lifting less than 24 hours later. I had my previous acrylics taken off and asked him to cut my nails for underneath as they had grown fully out. He cut them half way and I had to ask 3 times for them to be cut all the way down so they wouldn’t show underneath - isn’t that a basic step in acrylics? I was charged $45 for the full set, plus $5 for shape, $15 for chrome, and $15 for gel—$80 total for nails that were poorly done. My final bill (with other services) came to a shocking $156.66 after a 5% discount - due to not being made aware of several added charges beforehand, and no pricing menu was shown. Disappointed with the experience especially since I do like the color, even though there are bubbles and hairs in them.
