They do such an amazing job at Organic Nails, I recommend them to genuinely everyone because my nails get complimented so much. I've given them hard designs, and they take their time to give the best results. They're the only nail salon that's taken true care of my cuticles, and these nails LAST!! They truly have the best customer service. Everyone inside is so welcoming, and the time I spend in there doesn't feel long because of the entertaining show they always have on. They are super talented in here and patient and I appreciate them so much, thank you guys!

I have been going for over a year now. Amazing work I am amazed at how well the nails come out. I will always keep coming back. Michale is my favorite he always dose my nails perfectly. Lots of color selection and good service.💗

Best nail salon in Castle Rock! I’ve tried a couple around town and this one is by far the best. They removed my old nails with no complaints, took great care of my cuticles (no cuts or bleeding), were efficient and I was in and out within 50min!!! They made sure to ask what nail shape and size of French tip I wanted. I was super impressed and will be a regular now! Michael was my tech and he did an amazing job!

I’ve been here several times and they are nice and do a good job. I want eco friendlier options. I would normally give them a 3.5 to 4/5. Nothing that special. They don’t get up to greet you, just talk to you from where they are working. I get that when busy but not when you are not with a client. Sometimes the music isn’t playing… sometimes it’s not the right vibe. I came in to get a mani pedi two weeks ago and they had the door open on a warm day instead of AC. Come on. Pay for the AC. Clients come in there to relax. It should be more comfortable. I’m a busy mom of two under two and my MIL gave me the time out and I get here to this and an OVERWHELMING number of flies. Landing on my head constantly. I was not in the mood. I saw other customers shooing them away. Honestly I think the salon should be embarrassed by this. I got the mani and left. Didn’t want to spend another minute in there. I’m not paying for flies. I’ll find somewhere else.

I’m pretty disappointed. I’ve been going for years and recently I got matte polish done on my acrylics. The matte started bubbling, chipping, and peeling off the same day. I thought maybe if it was just one or two nails, I could manage until I got back from my work trip but days later it looked pretty rough. Even the polish underneath was being pulled off by the matte. I went for a polish correction because the matte wasn’t working out. They charged me for a full manicure $35 versus honoring clearly an issue with the product/application or even a polish change price. I’m highly disappointed considering it wasn't damage I was causing and was definitely not a manicure that was done.
