2025-11-15I got a bad gel manicure at another place. This salon however made up for it tenfold. Coco hooked me up with a super clean and gorgeous full set. I was shocked at how much better they looked. They definitely saved my nails, and for cheaper than the salon across from them. Service was excellent and very kind. Definitely coming back!!!

2025-11-15We all know we have many choices when it comes to services! I have been getting my nails done at VIP for years! Seriously have lost count! 10? 15? What I do know is I always have a great experience. These experienced and lovely people always treat me with the highest level of professionalism and I always am proud to show off their work! They make me look and feel my best! Tina is creative and innovative and takes great care of me! They take care of my friends, mom, daughters, and husband! I take everyone to VIP! Thank you for all you do! I appreciate you!

2025-09-28Tiffany was really nice and gave me a good Nu-Skin pedicure. Yep, they upsell me from deluxe which I really didn't need. Oh well, not a big deal. The facility was decent and the chairs were the best around. They actually accommodated me at 5'11"; usually the chairs don't go back far enough. With a little help on the ambiance and upgrades, this could be 5 stars! The only complaint I have is two young employees sitting with their shoes off and bare feet flung up on the chairs. Gross! They were also watching videos on their phones with the sound on which did not lend itself to a relaxing atmosphere.

2025-05-09I only go to VIP Nails @Walnut Creek!! Tiffany & Melissa are amazing and always take care of me and my mom. The service is phenomenal and they do a great job with both manicures and pedicures, not to mention Tiffany is so good at doing any designs you want, she always makes it look sleek and beautiful!! If you are debating on where to get your nails done next, you should definitely ask for them and give VIP Nails a try!!
