I made an appt for a last minute pedicure on a Friday (today). They’ve only been opened a couple weeks so I figured it would be tough but I was able to make it just fine (online, which I love!) First impressions: this place is large and airy. Super nice with a ton of spots for pedicures and manicures. Bridal parties and other groups will have no issues getting in here. It’s very comfortable and uncluttered. Polishes are arranged by color (I love that and hope they keep it that way). My tech was super nice and very gentle, despite doing a great job. I didn’t feel any pinches or scrapes when they were taking off my polish, trimming my nails, filing, etc. Water was the perfect temp right off the bat. My toes were painted really well! It seems like lately, many of the places I’ve gone to, I could have painted them better. Oh! And I had picked a shimmery gold/champagne color and the first coat showed it being pretty light. So they painted one nail with 2 coats and double checked that I liked it and wanted to continue, rather then just proceed. Not necessary, but it was a considerate touch that I appreciated anyway. Prices are competitive but considering the location, it’s a steal. Shopping, nails and lunch all in one place.

Im a huge fan of this place. Its spacious, luxurious, the nail techs aren’t rushed or overbooked. Jennifer recreated the nails from the picture I showed her and I’m beyond impressed at her skills and attention to detail! Obsessed with my latest set

The location is convenient, and facility is beautiful, and they have all the colors you could want. Problem is they do NOT have trained, skilled technicians. The second to last time I went to have a pedicure and dip manicure - for which you pay dearly - I left with the nails on my left hand shorter than on my right! I went in with long, natural nails, so there was no excuse for that. How hard is that? Next (and final) time I went two weeks ago I had dip again. Not only did the male tech burn me (at the base of my nail) repeatedly with the rotating file they use to “sand” down the dip, but worse, a week later both index fingers’ dip was lifting from the base of my nail! I was traveling by then and couldn’t go complain until home. When I was able to return a week later (inconvenient!) they told me I would have to pay to have the shoddy work repaired. That’s after paying them $300 for that last appointment, including treating my daughter who was visiting. Last straw! They’ve lost my business. I do not recommend this place if you want a good manicure.
