She had her best friend Scarlett design the nails, then we showed the design to the nail technician at Encore (I forgot to ask her name, but she was amazing)! She did an incredible job bringing the design to life, and she was friendly and efficient in the process. We will definitely come back for future sets! 2025-10-13Encore service was outstanding. Mike, Debbie, and T are personable, fun, and yet professional. We enjoyed mani, pedis, and waxing. Pedis included warm lotion and hot stones! Massage chairs felt great, drinks provided, and most important, the place is very clean.

2025-10-14Got dip nails done for my wedding here. They were extremely kind and helped with choosing my color and very sweet people, however the manicure itself was not good. They said it would last 4 weeks, they started chipping maybe 5-6 days later as seen in the first picture. She shaped some of my nails really weird sawing off part of my nail and cuticles and made my skin raw and almost bleeding. The nails were super thick and just not done very well and messy as seen in the second pic. I would not come back here. Was disappointed for my wedding nails and had to ask my photographer not to get any close ups of my nails
