2025-09-19I was told I was in good hands, I previously self cut a big chunk of hair… which I was unable to blend myself. I just wanted that top portion of my hair blended with added layers. I said it multiple times that I was okay with layers added on top, and I was also okay with my hair being cut 2inches off. My hair was cut more than that. I feel like my cut was a guide to continue the blend but I wanted the cut on the top portion of my hair. My point is that my hair was cut too short and the top portion was blended but not given enough layers. I’m also wearing high waisted jeans and my hair no longer touches my jeans. I trusted the process… I know hair will grow but I’m really sad. I just had an event and my hair was long… I just need the layers on top. My stylist was very nice, attentive to detail and tried her best. I’m just really sad. I was given a discount. Just be clear when going in.

2025-10-09Generally, my experiences here have been great. The stylists are friendly and skilled. Today though, my 5 year old son's haircut was particularly impressive. Granted, he did great, but the stylist put him at ease and helped him enjoy his experience like she did nothing but deal with 5 year olds all day. Plus his hair came out perfect. He was beyond pleased. Thank you!

2025-11-14We came in with a rambunctious 3 year old and an autistic 8 year old for haircuts. The two women who did their haircuts were so incredibly patient and sweet. The haircuts turned out great and the kids loved the fun they had during their service. Thank you so much. We will be back!
