Padela Nails

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service my daughter and I received at your salon on Oct. 29th, 2025. My mother invited us for a "girls' day," but our experience was far from enjoyable. My daughter felt embarrassed and uncomfortable during her pedicure. The technician spoke in another language, constantly messed with her toes, and was aggressively "digging" at them. I also had a negative experience, as the polish application on my nails was subpar. The overall atmosphere was very unsettling. The salon was uncomfortably quiet, and I observed the technicians speaking in another language, laughing, and twisting our toes while giggling, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. This lack of professionalism is likely why, as I observed, there appears to be high employee turnover. Furthermore, the quality of the pedicures did not justify the price. We paid $40 for a service that was significantly inferior to what we receive elsewhere for the same price. For $60, we could get an exceptional pedicure at our regular salon, which offers a much better experience for $40. Finally, I was particularly displeased with having to leave a tip verbally. I prefer to write it on the receipt or type it into the credit card machine, and the verbal method felt awkward and unprofessional. Given these issues, I will not be returning to your establishment, nor will I recommend it to others.

My daughter and I started going to Padela Nails during the pandemic, and it's the ONLY place we'll go to get our nails done. I see Christine (one of the owners) and she always does a beautiful job, no matter what I want, from simple to complex designs. My daughter (who lives in Parker) also gets her nails done by Christine; she is willing to make the drive, because she KNOWS that she'll get great service and her nails will be beautiful. The salon is very clean and prices are fair; everyone there is very nice, but Christine and Randy (the other owner) are some of our favorite people. Not only do they have a great business with great services, they are just really wonderful in general; going there is like visiting with friends. Highly recommend! :)

My sister & I went in for a little us day and unfortunately her nails were not worth the price. We both received pedicures & she got a full set while I tried builder gel. My nails turns out beautifully - she did the shape & length exactly where I wanted it which is nice considering most are willing to go short! However my sister wanted a basic nude with a gold sparkly ombré going from the tip down. These nails were not worth $80 I was very disappointed she didn’t show me them until after we left as I would’ve asked them to fit the job for her. The paint is all over the place, the shape/overall nail is entirely uneven. We had heard great recommendations from others but with this second set I’m not sure if I will be coming back. My sister & I each paid $130 & tip. This was definitely not a cheap salon & not what I would consider high end enough to be paying these prices while receiving terrible quality nails such as the ones my sister got.

This was my first time here and will be my new nail shop from now on. Jackie fixed all my nails and done an amazing job, Thank you again Jackie
