Special Sister Spa Day. Couple’s massage, refresh and renew facial and a rest in the Zen Zero Gravity Chair. This spa is just lovely and the staff are so kind and skilled. Will definitely return!

What a lovely gem to find in Winters! There were three of us in need of a little restoration and relaxation to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and we each received the Zen Refresh service, which I would recommend! When it was time for our service, we were taken into a spacious room called the Zen Room (as pictured on their website) featuring pedicure-style seating on one side and zero-gravity chairs on the other, with tied-back curtains between each zero gravity chair that could be released for a bit more privacy if needed. Our service took place in the zero-gravity chairs. The Zen Refresh was a perfect blend of treatments for me as a busy working mom… it began with a relaxing recline in the zero-gravity chairs, followed by a soothing foot and calf massage, a mini facial, and a calming upper shoulder and arm massage. Afterward, we were given about 5–10 minutes to simply rest in our chairs still reclined, which allowed me to gently ease back into the next part of my day. Note: the service was 60 minutes with the same massage therapist from start to finish. Parking was easy, and the service from reception to the massage therapists was wonderful. The zen room itself had a peaceful, beautiful atmosphere that added to the experience. The only minor downside was some exterior noise from passing cars, which was a bit louder than expected. Since the zen room is a communal-style space, you might also notice some sound from other services, such as checking on pressure, or accidental tipping over of items. However, during our visit, it was just our small group, so the experience still felt very serene and private.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Zen Spa! I was only in town a couple of days and was able to get an appointment. The staff is very attentive was very attentive to my needs and I felt I was able ti clear my mind and be present! The zero gravity chair and weighted blanket were so relaxing! I would def come back again! Vanessa was an excellent receptionist and Sherean was the massage therapist I had! Highly recommend! Thank you for being a safe, clean, tranquil place to get away!

Absolutely an incredible experience! I had the zero gravity chair and massage treatment (90 minutes) and truly was blown away! I am a massage therapist and I have to say I was so impressed by the love, care and relaxation I experienced. I went with a few of my girlfriends and each of us had the same kind of epic experience! I can’t wait to go back there! Oh! The hotel restaurant had wonderful food too! Book at this spa! You will be so happy you did!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went for a relaxation one hour full body massage with Alicia. Alicia was fantastic and addressed all my needs. She took the time to concentrate on each and every body part. I look forward to seeing her again! This is my third service from ZenTerra and I can’t recommend it enough.
